Direct oceanfront views from this 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom condo on the 4th floor of South Hampton, located in Kingston Resort. This condo has an open floor plan with coastal furnishings and artwork that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (200 Mbps).



***Please be advised of the South Hamptons corridor remodeling project is scheduled to start on Monday, October 5th, and is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.

Work will begin on floors 1 and 2, then proceed to floors 16 and 15, continuing downward two floors at a time***



The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

We have stayed at another of this owner’s properties, and both were great but this oceanfront unit is our favorite! Communication and check-in were top-notch as always, and the property was clean. I usually struggle to get comfortable traveling, but the firm bed was perfect for me. The highlight was definitely the 3 balcony’s with stunning oceanfront & an oceanview. We wished we could have stayed longer & hope to stay here again!

The property was neat and clean. It was exactly as described on the website. Working with the owner was a sheer delight. She was very helpful and communicated with me in a very efficient way. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to visit Myrtle Beach and have an oceanfront condo in which to stay.

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location and the breeze with all 3 balcony doors open at night, is perfect! We stayed during Labor Day weekend and it wasn’t packed at all. The place was very clean and had everything you need.

We had a wonderful time. Although we have been to Myrtle beach through the years, we have not been back to Kingston plantation since we were married there 5 years ago. Everything was wonderful with the condo and I liked the attention to the little details that were added.

The room is just as the pictures show. The view is BEAUTIFULLY PEACEFUL!! Ocean front in a gated community. You couldn’t ask for more. B2 Vacations is a great company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

The resort was great. The room was average clean, but the ocean views were awesome. We were there 18 days and had to go to the laundromat twice to have our clothes dried because the dryer never functioned properly and the management company never fixed it. With 4 days left to our stay, their solution was to have us move to another unit. That would have been just another inconvenience.

South Hampton Tower has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
