This great unit is located at the Landmark Resort.

* on the 12th floor

*located right on the beach

* indoors and Outdoors pool, hot tub

*about 10 minutes Drive to all main attractions including Broadway at the Beach,

Walmart, restaurants and stores in walking distance.



The Space:

*12th floor, studio

*2 double beds

*small kitchenette

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*1 parking spot available. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than 1 vehicle.

*This is a non-smoking facility.

*No mailbox for this location.

The good: The host was responsive in a timely matter, and friendly. The price was the cheapest around. The bad: we were accosted 2 blocks from the hotel. The surrounding neighborhood was full of drug addicts. I was approached by what seemed to be a prostitute on my floor, and when i refused, vulgar remarks were made. Even though the room was relatively clean, everything was outdated and worn. Examples, the tv had a line down the middle, the chair was extremely worn, and the toilet flushed 2-3 times each time you flushed. The one mattress was wrapped and the other wasn't, this seemed odd to us. We left halfway through our vacation due to not feeling safe, and only received an apology and explanation that they cannot control what happens outside the hotel.

My host was easy to communicate with, the room was good (a little update would make it nicer) and overall is was comfortable to be there. I do feel like an extra lock on the door would have made me feel safer. As for the resort itself it was good but watch out for the main elevators because they did quit working one day of my stay. It is located in an excellent area to the beach. I would go stay again if I cannot find another place.

The room was nice, not much for a view. Beds were comfortable. Variety of pools was great and beach access. It's a bit of a walk to/from parking garage.

Great

The property is great. Alot to do just in the motel it self. Live music, sevel pools and hot tubs, 2 bars, game room, food, beach in back, snacks, etc.. we enjoyed it. Fast response from our host. We will definitely be back!
