Getaway to the Beach 2 Bdrm Villa with Amenities

🛏️The Space:

2BR/2BA Heron Marsh 14 Split Level Villa w/Lake Views in gated Litchfield by the Sea. Full kitchen, dining area, living room and washer/dryer.

This villa is located less than 1/2 mile from the beach. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.
Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED.

Rental comes with linens, towels and a setup pack of paper towels and toiletries.

Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Beautiful view of the marsh. Always enjoy staying at litchfield by the sea but first time in Herron marsh. Did not disappoint.

View was breathtaking over the marsh. Easy check in and easy check out. Good communication thru vrbo with rental company. Beautiful and plenty of room inside. The only disappointment was that you aren’t able to use the Heron Marsh pool which is super close. You do have access to the main pool and indoor pool though but they aren’t a close walk. All in all, very good rental.
