Enjoy your own private entrance, accessible through either the front or side door on the right side of this completely separate 2 family house. There’s ample parking available—space for up to 5 cars either in the designated area on the right or along the street.

Guests have access to a shared outdoor area, which includes a patio and grill—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cookout.

Please note: While the pool is maintained regularly, guests are responsible for removing any surface debris during their stay using the provided skimming net.

Pool is open from June 21st until September 21st.

Communication with owner was great! Very quick to respond when booking. Just a few things that would have made the stay more comfortable. -the bathroom and livingroom area rugs were dirty. Need to be replaced. Shower curtain was hung inside out? -the 2nd bedroom had cobwebs in corner- the sheets reeked like fabric softener. Much too strongly scented. -the neighborhood was loud. Not peaceful. -owner was cooking food that smelled upstairs. It was a very strong odor. -entire home cheaply decorated. Amazon furnished. -the side door had no deadbolt coming into kitchen area. Made us feel leary about safety.

If I could rate this like hotel stars, it would be a 2 star hotel. It was neat and tidy but not clean. There was dried sauce on the counters, the floors were not vacuumed or mopped. We spent 20 minutes when we got there cleaning so we would feel better about staying there. The worst part however, was that we were surprised to find it was a shared house, despite that being mentioned anywhere on the listing. There are tenants in the basement which we learned about when we got there at night and heard voices and didn’t know what was going on or if we were safe. The two areas have a shared staircase and the door to the upstairs does not lock. We left for the airport at 4:15 am and they had been up and talking loudly the entire night. The house lacks any kind of soundproofing so we got zero sleep that night. The street is pretty busy with bright street lights and insufficient blinds and curtains in the home so it’s bright and loud all night. I would avoid this place if possible.
