Nice house but it needs to be listed as it being 2 apartment type rooms split up, you’re families aren’t all together in one big house, you don’t have access from the inside to get to the other area, you have to walk around the side and go upstairs. So it’s basically a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house but separated into 2 levels. It was very nice and loved the short distance to the ocean! I would rent again.

Location is perfect! One block from beach access. The house was very nice but was a duplex and not advertised that way. Going with young children, it would have been nice to know we wouldn’t all be in the same house. Would stay again in the future.

Pictures were deceiving. Not as spacious as it looks. Did not expect to be looking at 3 dumpy houses and a high rise hotel. Between us and the beach. Kitchen poorly equipped. Bedroom wall to wall bed no dressers. 2 bedroom had no closet. Should be rented as 2 apartments 4 people max in each. Outdoor shower did not work. Our 3rd morning was interrupted by the installation of a bigger refrigerator. That kept tripping the GFI outlet. No grill no fenced yard as advertised. Couldn’t wait to leave to come home.

So sorry you feel this way Claudia. We communicated several times during your stay and many of these things were not mentioned. We were unaware that the outdoor shower was not functional. I wish you had given us a chance to address since we can help with some of these concerns. To clarify a few things for our future guests; The kitchen is fully equipped for the stay. The building has two floors that are separate units, that is mentioned in the listing. Sorry about the delivery and electrical problems, the fridge went out and we wanted it replaced asap so you weren’t inconvenienced. We solved the GFI problem for the future. So sorry you felt that way Claudia.
