Great Stay

This was a great property. Great location. Plenty of space! There were a few minor details that need to be tended to, but nothing that made for a bad stay. Overall we were very pleased with the property. Would recommend to a large group or family wanting to stay together.

Beautiful view!!

This property was very beautiful and the staff was very nice and definitely Held the number of people that we had the only thing that I would say is that it needs to be a little bit more hot water in the master suite but other than that the Jacuzzi and also if you need it to be clean of little things and everything was really nice thank you for having us I would recommend this to anybody. And also I would stay there again

Property was good for what we needed it for. Some signs of wear, kitchen island and bathrooms. Location great, walk to beach, short ride to restaurants, bars, liquor store, etc.

Great Location! Huge indoor space!

Excellent walking distance to the beach and ice cream shop. Well maintained property outside. The inside is a very large space but is getting dated and could use some repairs, fixing up and replacing of torn bed linens, shower curtains, outdoor entry carpet, etc. The pool is useless without a heater, it was unbearably cold. The cleaning service they use does not do an adequate job between rentals, found numerous personal belongings under beds and closets, hair in the shower drain, etc from previous renter/(s). Overall it was reasonably priced for what you get and would stay again, but would love to see improvements made.

spacious and fantastic location!

our group of 14 had more than enough space here. the amount of bathrooms was awesome, and you can’t beat the location. the only small issue we had is that the “king” bed was actually two twins pushed together so it wasn’t very comfortable, but other than that no complaints and the staff was very pleasant!

Nice fit for our family. There were a few things in the kitchen I thot would've been included - that would've been helpful - dish soap, scrubbies, dish cloths, coffee filters, a can opener that worked. Everything else -great!

My Birthday Getaway

Went with three of my girlfriends for a weekend of fun and relaxation. Satified property looked exactly like it did on the website. Was in a very convenient location to stores and the beach. No complaints. Had a little trouble operating the TV'S probably because we weren't familiar with the cable company and the equipment. Finally figured it out though. The property was located in a very quiet community, but the people we did encounter were very friendly. All and all, we were very satisfied.

Good location

Very close to the beach. Nice location, but the house wasn’t extra clean. In the age of Covid this did bothered us. The pool is a nice addition.

Really nice place and very big

My family and I stayed here and it was really clean.!!! The inside of the house was very nice as well as the outside. They kitchen was pretty stocked up with the things you need. The rooms were spacious and open, they had good closet Space as well. I had to call maintenance during my stay, The maintenance call center was very nice And scheduled someone to come fix the issue the same day. Also the gentleman was very nice and fix the issues very fast. Overall a great experience!

Great getaway during crazy times

House was really great, there were only 3 of us so we had more than enough room. Amenities were really nice and an easy walk of a block to a public access to the beach. Check in was very straightforward, had to hunt down the info for check out but nothing to surprising or unusual. Would definitely rent this property and through Thomas/VRBO again!

Nice place.

Spacious, clean, everything was accurate to the listing. The location was nice and quiet and located on a less popular part of the beach which was nice. The pool is freezing which I should have known since it’s covered and not heated.
