You and your guests will be close to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, golf courses, and shopping when you stay at Jury's Out Beach Retreat! This well-appointed property is perfect for groups and families, whether coming to North Myrtle for days of sand and sun, a golf or fishing trip, a ball tournament, or a work from home retreat!
Jury's Out features plenty of space inside and outside for you and your guests. Inside, the house is well-appointed to ensure your comfort and convenience. Bed and bath linens, kitchen and dining ware, rainy day games and puzzles, and a work from home desk space are provided.
Outside, the property has numerous amenities for your enjoyment. The elevated deck off the front of the house is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening refreshment while listening to the waves in the distance when the daytime hustle and bustle have quieted. The ground level lounge area features a fully fenced backyard and covered seating area with a TV, various games (darts, ring toss, cornhole, portable putting green, and more), a Blackstone griddle, and charcoal grill. The outdoor shower is fully enclosed and makes for a perfect spot for people and dogs to get cleaned up and cooled off after a day out in the sand and sun. The storage room beneath the house is available for storage of your items and is where you will find various outdoor items available for your use (seat cushions, games, folding table and chairs, some beach items, umbrellas backyard seating).

My fiancé and I (and our dog that we rescued from a local NMB shelter) live in western NC, where we are cultivating our dream homestead. We love our quiet, country lifestyle, but we also love traveling and spending as much as time we can on the water. Visiting North Myrtle, walking the beaches finding olives and shark teeth, and fishing the channels have created some of our nearest and dearest memories. We hope the same will be said for your time spent at our property!
Why they chose this property
We love our area of Cherry Grove/North Myrtle Beach due to its partially residential, partially vacation property makeup and its super close location to multiple beach accesses. We have several neighbors who are permanent residents and several neighboring properties that are rentals or are used as second homes, so the neighborhood doesn't get overly busy, noisy, or party-oriented at any point during the year. Adults can easily make the walk up to the beach in less than 5 min (at a leisurely pace), and we have several walkable food/bar and entertainment options, with many more options (and lots of shopping, golf, fishing, and more) a short drive away.
