Nestled in the desirable Country Club area of Flagstaff sits this rustic and delightful ranch style home. This private cozy corner retreat sits steps to the golf course and ten mins to downtown. You will have 3 cozy rooms, one room includes 2 twin beds, tv and spacious closet, second room is an office, which has a roll-away bed that can be added and a spacious closet. Lastly, a queen size bed with a tv in the master with an ensuite master bathroom w/jetted tub. Both bathrooms feature a relaxing bathtub. A rustic wood burning fireplace is located in the sunken living room right off the kitchen, garage parking for one car and 2 additional cars, which can be parked in the large driveway. This private tree-lined street is excellent for kids to play as well, but please do not disturb the many deer in the area. Enjoy the amazing surroundings like Continental Country Club Golf course, Snowbowl Ski Resort and the Famous Oakmont restaurant, etc...! Make your vacation one for the books at The Reining Deer!

Take out trash or recycling to the street. Recycling Tuesday and trash Friday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This place was the quietest property I’ve ever stayed in. It’s nicely decorated and was very clean. I liked that there was a garage that could be used because I was carrying expensive bicycles and didn’t feel comfortable leaving them on the car overnight.
