The dreamy farmhouse is located within a 7-car minute ride from Phonecia and Belleayre ski resort as well as Plattekill, Wyndham and Hunter mountain all just a short drive away.

In fact, you can enjoy concerts e.g. The International Festival of the Voice, various local restaurants, a yoga studio, cute shops and wild water tubing. Have breakfast or brunch at the famous Phonecia Diner make sure you enjoy a barista style coffee or snack out of their cool airstream just parked next to the diner. Peekamoose, another local restaurant is a strong contender for the best restaurant in the Catskills. There the food is excellent and comforting, and the service is lovely. When dessert time comes get nostalgic and roast marshmallows over the camp fire in the front of the restaurant.
