Modern luxury island home

This fully renovated luxury home with an amazing pool, is located on the eastern end of the island just a mile from Zoni Beach. The beautiful great room has retractable doors that open to the patio, making one large space to eat, relax and play. There is a flat-screen smart TV in the great room. Each of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and the master bedroom also has an outdoor shower, both are air-conditioned. The kitchen has all new appliances and the pantry has a washer and dryer.The patio has a gas grill. The pool overlooks a farm with horses. Also on the property is a large gazebo with spectacular water views, perfect for cocktails or yoga.
The community has a dock about 1 mile from the house. A kayak is available at the dock.
There are also beach chairs, towels and a cooler for your enjoyment.

Great spot on island

We had a great Thanksgiving week staying on this property. This area of the island was perfect! The things we all loved: zoni beach ( as pretty as Flamenco and less crowded), D’s garden ( local smoothie , awesome hosts!andfruits/veg/fish market)

Beautiful house, beautiful location, great host

We loved staying here. The house is nicely appointed, and beautiful. This property is well above the standard accomodation.It is so relaxing, it is hard to leave the house. We cant wait to return!

Perfect Getaway!

This is a beautiful, perfectly maintained home, surrounded by a lush tropical landscape. With a living room that opens into a private pool, you may be tempted to pass on the nearby glorious beaches. Our hosts were above and beyond gracious. We would love to return.

Perfect in every way

I can’t speak highly enough about this home, the hosts and the island. We had an incredible trip to Culebra and this house was beyond perfect for a week with my family of 4. The photos don’t do it justice. The setting and scenery is beyond beautiful and the house was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The hosts are very gracious and welcoming people and made us feel right at home. We loved our time in Culebra and were very grateful we found this house for our stay.

Paradise on Earth

Mary was lovely, and the property was peaceful and gorgeous. The house was very clean, and we all loved the way the sliding doors opened to make the house feel like the outdoors. We rented a jeep and had no problems getting around the island for some snorkeling and hiking. Would definitely recommend.

2024 Summer Family Vacation

Everything was perfect. We were looking for relaxing stay in a tropical setting and this house was exactly that. They thought of almost every amenity in the house. We will definitely be back again.

Well before we checked in we were in contact with the owners regarding questions that were answered promptly. The house and location were terrific- clean and had many provisions (coffee, wine, beer, condiments etc.) provided. A 5 star property!!! Suggest renting a car as taxis are quite pricey ($60 for 3 mile drive from airport).

Fabulous Vacation

Our hosts Terry, Dennis, and Mary were very friendly and accommodating. The house lacks for nothing - our hosts seemed to anticipate our every need. Great location - set amongst the hills near Zoni Beach. We had a very relaxing week in this island paradise. We will be back.

Excellent house - even better than the pictures!

This house was incredible, and the hosts are fabulous. The house is on an ecological farm, with fresh milk and cheese. The house is just stunning, and the art is bright and inviting. Zoni beach is has clear blue water and is long and very few people seem to visit it. Just a fantastic stay all around.

Great stay! Beautiful property.

We loved our time at Mary's property. The home was well appointed, we had everything we needed and more. The pool was lovely, kitchen well stocked. Everything was clean and comfortable for us and our 3 year old. Great location, close to Zoni beach and an easy drive to town. We really loved getting to go meet the horses and cows on the farm. Definitely would recommend. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Relaxing warm getaway

Exceeded our expectations. Wonderful hosts, beautiful home, clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen, loved the pool, spent lots of time in the tree house enjoying ocean views and breezes. Quiet and private. Enjoyed exploring the island and its many beaches but our favorite was Zoni only one mile away. One week was not enough! Hoping to return for 2 weeks next year.

Tender Seclusion

High between the peaceful rural valley and Culebra peaks welcomes this serene and warm-welcomed, modern villa. The home is well-thought from layout to amenities, making it an easy-to-pack-for and easy-to-settle-in retreat. It's a stunning view from nearly every angle, especially from the 'treehouse tower'. And should you get the opportunity to meet the hosts, it can only make your experience better. They're lovely and they care deeply for the island!

Marvelous Get-away

The property and Terri were absolutely fantastic! My 29 year old daughter, my husband and I were wowed by the home and the hosts. We cannot wait to come back for another visit. Terri provided us with fresh milk, cheeses, eggs, and my husband's favorite Chocolate Ice Cream from their farm. We have stayed in Culebra at other properties, but this is our favorite. I would like to keep this gem a secret, but that would not be fair to our hosts. Do not pass up the opportunity to stay here.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved everything about this property and our week on Culebra. Mary met us at check-in and showed us the gorgeous property and pointed out the goodies which were so generously left for us from the farm...fresh milk, cheese, jams. With our three teenagers, our family of five enjoyed all the house has to offer. The pool was refreshing and had the most beautiful sunset views. The kitchen was very well stocked and the mattresses in the bedrooms were so comfortable. My favorite part of the house was the 'tree house'. We enjoyed the morning breeze and view up there while having coffee. We will definitely be back again!

Don’t think just book! Part 2

This is our second time my family of three stayed here with 2 first-timers and we had a marvelous time! Also entertained other family members that stayed on island and it was a blast! This property will not disappoint! Highlights are pool, outside and indoor entertainment space, kitchen fully stocked, quality decor and design of home in awesome location that provide wonder views and opportunities to connect with family and friends plus make new ones! Property owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The entire island is like that as well. Highly recommended the stay and well worth the price.

Spacious, spotless, comfortable, and the pool is a plus!

This lovely home is in a very private location with everything you need. Very modern kitchen stocked with basics which came in handy as our flight came in a few hours later than we expected. All the appliances you might need and plenty of dishware and glasses. It’s nice not to have to run the dishwasher or wash dishes every day. The king size master bed is extremely comfortable, and there are ceiling fans in every room. We didn’t need to use the air conditioning, because there always seemed to be a nice breeze! We appreciated the rinse off shower at the entrance to the house to get rid of sand from the beach. And the outdoor shower off the master bedroom was fantastic! Although it’s a little bit far from town, it is worth the extra few minutes to drive. and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Terry, Mary, and Dennis for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed open air living, spectacular beaches and pool, interesting farm

One of the best places we have ever stayed for a relaxing vacation! Will come back again someday. Only thing missing was a couple of umbrellas to use at the beautiful beaches. We rented umbrellas at Flamenco once when we got there early enough before they ran out. At Zoni, we really could have used them. Perhaps there is a business for weekly rental of umbrellas that I will seek out next time as we couldn't find any to buy on the island.

The best! a house that has a resort experience

The house exceeded out expectations. Fully equipped and impeccably kept. But its about the experience to be a beach destination and have the ultimate home experience. The hosts have a beautiful farm and welcomed us to enjoy their products and feel part of the family. We hope to come back soon! We had fresh milk, farm eggs, fresh cheese, fruits and even icecream for our kid. The observation desk gave us the best Zoni beach view and will miss having coffee and wine there. The pool is equipped with all you need to have fun. we truly enjoyed our stay.

Family Trip of a Lifetime

As a family with 3 middle school kids, the house and host exceeded every expectation. The house is perfectly laid out where every square foot is used. The indoor/outdoor space make it feel twice as big. The pool is beautiful and the water temp was perfect even for late swims after a day at the beach. The host found a perfect blend of checking in with us to make sure everything is fine but giving us plenty of privacy. The farm is wonderful, we did morning walks down to pet the horses, we were able to feed a baby cow, we were gifted fresh eggs, milk, ice cream, and other awesome fresh products. The hosts are wonderful people who are making a positive impact on Culebra in many ways. Too many positives to list them all - highlights are close proximity to beaches, wonderful house, great hosts, beautiful property and Culebra is a hidden gem of an island if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation with the options for great snorkeling and hiking as well! We can’t wait to go back!

Nothing short of perfection

We vowed our 3rd trip to Puerto Rico would be spent on beautiful Culerbra Island. Our search began and the moment we laid eyes on this property, we knew it was for us. The home is just as good or better than described and perfectly acquainted in every possible way. The location is remote and breathtaking. If you enjoy nature you will have it in "spades." As you may have read in other reviews, the wonderful hosts are the best you will ever experience. We had some issues getting a rental vehicle but Mary suggested Choco's and let me tell you, those folks could not have been more accomodating. Even when we woke up to a flat tire, they arrived at the house within 45 minutes and had us on our way. Mary also left us some delicious treats from the farm, which we enjoyed fully and even went to D's Garden to reload. Mary was literally a txt away anytime we had a question and did so with all the kindness you could ask for. Thank you for all you did Mary. If you are wavering on this property, there is NO reason. We hope to return and will most certainly rent this property again.
