Amazing!!

Besides the road being a little rough, the cabin was amazing. Very secluded and very well kept. The room was clean and has a very cozy atmosphere.

Nice and cozy

When arriving, I realized we didn't get the cabin that we paid for. We got one that was RIGHT beside it. Once you're in the cabin though, even on the back porch, you cannot tell how close you are to the neighbors. It was a pretty view, just wish it would have been the one I thought I paid for when booking the trip.

The cabin was very clean and had all the necessities. The directions were spot on except the name of the bar used as a landmark. The name changed and I'm sure they weren't aware. The road up to the cabin was easy to travel in a Nissan Sentra. We had an amazing time and made great memories.

This property definitely looked similar to the pictures, however there were a lot of little things that caused it to be more stressful than we wanted. You have to pay before they send you all of the check-in information. It doesn’t state that you must have a bigger vehicle in order to make it up the gravel, tiny, rough entrance. Thank God our rental car wasn’t available and they sent us with a van, but still could have caused damage and lots of money due to the rough terrain leading to the property. There are only certain things highlighted and in all caps, so you’d think those would be the most important things but there’s just too much going on to really be prepared for the stay. Also, there was a wasp nest above the hot tub and got stung my second day stay. The king sized bed is large, but very uncomfortable (almost felt broken in the middle) and not many towels or blankets are provided. Not as homey as what you would think just from the pics provided. Very nice property, but not really worth the money in our opinion. Writing this review in hopes people don’t book this rental and get screwed out of money because they don’t have a large, 4-wheel drive vehicle.

Yes, folks are asked to pay for their vacation before getting the keys! Yes, we've noticed really young travelers from states with no hills or mountains are sometimes surprised by the hundreds of county graveled roads in the Great Smoky Mountains! That's why we put all the pictures in the listing. A little extra info - none of our little cleaning ladies or our retired friend that does our maintenance have a 4 wheel drive, but they live here and are so used to the roads, they never have issue. Thank you for the feedback!

Awesome Honeymoon

I'm so glad we chose Honeymoon Hills for our Honeymoon. We stayed in the Precious Moments cabin and it was more than I expected. The cabin was immaculate when we arrived and adorable to boot. Very private and secluded, but still close enough to experience all of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck in the evenings and drinking coffee out there in the mornings. All in all a perfect honeymoon.
