Nestled in a neighborhood with a delightful ranch/farm vibe, our home is just a short stroll or bike ride from vibrant Olde Town Arvada, where you can enjoy local events, delicious dining, and refreshing drinks.

A Few Things to Note:
Rascal Ranch is a charming attic apartment located in our carriage house, which means the ceilings are a bit lower than average. If you’re over 6 feet tall, you may find some areas a bit snug. We want to ensure your comfort, so please keep this in mind as you plan your stay.
That said, we’re confident you’ll love the cozy, inviting atmosphere—perfect for a memorable stay near Olde Town Arvada and the mountains!

The room was full of cozy charm, and the back yard was the perfect spot to relax. Having access to a gas fire pit and warm hot tub put our stay over the top! Also their lil dog was really friendly.

I'm so happy that I found this place. Not only is it within walking distance to my son's house, but it is the sweetest, coziest little apartment I've ever rented on VRBO. The hosts are super nice and accommodating and little Rascal is adorable. The one-bedroom apartment has everything you need - a stove, oven, miniature refrigerator (the type mostly found in Europe), sink, dishes, silverware, coffee-maker and tea (the hosts provided k-cups and tea bags). The lone bedroom at the rear is spacious and the king bed is comfy. There is a trundle bed in the living room which also pulls out to a king, I believe (I didn't need to use it).It is nicely decorated. The TV works, but I could only access local channels. The hosts had provided some games and cards, They also provided a list of places to go and a variety of restaurant recommendations.The ceilings are low and sloped, so if you're taller than average, you'll want to check with the hosts so that you're not disappointed.The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and other essentials. The shower is great - good pressure and a spout that has a variety of settings.The surroundings are quiet and safe. I told Amanda that the place felt like a hug - so cozy and warm. I'd definitely recommend without hesitation and hope to stay there again.

Wonderful Option in Old Arvada

What a gem! Amanda’s funky Old Arvada spot oozes personality in all the best ways. She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We’ve designed Rascal Ranch (our first home) to be a cozy, welcoming space where guests can relax and feel at home while experiencing all that Olde Town Arvada, Denver, and the Rockies have to offer.
