This spacious home has an expansive yard and deck for relaxing and games. It is within a 5—to 10-minute walk to the local association's private beach. We have made this well-kept family home available for others to enjoy.

Our home is conveniently located in Manomet, Massachusetts, a small, quiet seaside village in the southern coastal area of Plymouth. Surrounded by a wealth of diverse attractions, from historical sites like Plimoth Patuxet and Museums, Mayflower II, and Plymouth Rock to thrilling activities like whale watching and sunset cruises, numerous golf courses, and a variety of restaurants, you'll find everything you need for an exciting and memorable vacation just a stone's throw away.

Our house comfortably sleeps eight, with a king, queen, and four twin beds. Two of the twin beds can be pushed together to make a king. All four bedrooms are located on the second floor, which is equipped with central air conditioning on the second floor. The house is perfect for family entertaining, with a back deck, a side porch, a gas grill, outdoor seating, lawn games, and indoor ping pong. Plus, there are tennis and basketball courts at Indian Brook Public School, just a 15-minute walk away, ensuring a fun-filled vacation for everyone.

The large lawn and private backyard allow for a quiet, relaxing visit. This is an excellent home for family gatherings, with room and activities to accommodate all kinds of fun, from outdoor "tournaments" to reading on the back deck to movie nights with two different showings—one for the kids and one for the adults!

We understand that pets are part of the family, and we're delighted to welcome them to our home. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we allow only one pet, and fees apply. We hope this policy reassures you that your furry friend is not just tolerated but genuinely welcome here, making your vacation a truly family-friendly experience.

We are booking Sunday to Sunday this summer of 2024! In May, June, and September (3 of our favorite months in Manomet), we have a 3-night minimum stay, so please reach out for a shorter stay.

Some of our favorites this year have been Sandy Neck Beach (there is a fee, and it fills up fast!), stopping for buck-a-shuck oysters at the Sagamore Inn’s happy hour, getting cooked lobsters and other fresh seafood at Fishermen’s View Seafood Market and Restaurant in Sandwich, Scussett Beach State Reservation, riding bikes on the canal (either side is fun), grab a fish sandwich at The Seafood Shanty, have a cold beer at Mayflower Brewery in Plymouth on a rainy day, getting fried seafood at Woods in Plymouth, grabbing freshly baked bread and bagels at Hearth Artison Bread in Plymouth (the pizza is excellent too!), sunrises on Manomet Beach (our beach!), walk to the point at low tide on our beach (about 3 miles round trip), nap on the back deck. There are so many more fun places and activities to explore.
