Clean, comfortable 2br house in a pleasant neighborhood. Keep this one in mind if you're coming down for spring training games next year. Patti was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Hosts were Wonderful

Patti was very good with communication and quickly took care of any needs or questions that came up. The house is newly renovated so all the appliances, surfaces and furniture are like new. This property is a good value for 2 br, 2 bath with good location for Anna Marie beaches.

The house was great and had everything we needed for our family Christmas. Patti was amazing and extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked about firewood for the backyard fire pit and she brought over more than we could ever need on Christmas Day! Would highly recommend this property for any event or family gathering you might have!!

Why they chose this property

Very quite set back from the hustle but yet old fashion neighborhood feeling and conveniences within walking distance. Lots of tranquil nature and many bird varieties visit every day.

What makes this property unique

We are nestled in a quite iconic neighborhood bordering the 100 year old Prestigious Bradenton Country Club. Adjacent to a majestic Hollywood Palm Tree lined street where you can roam. Off the beaten path but yet around the corner to everything you could possibly need or want within 1/2 mile. Even more within 1 mile. I say why leave my quadrant and have to fight the traffic? And why live in a large newer subdivision where it takes 10 minutes just to exit to get to a grocery store?
