The cabin was great clean and check in and out was great. The girls loved the air hockey table. Great location close to a lot of things we planned to do. Would choose this place again if we come back to Tennessee.

Loved this cabin. The cabin is on a rough mountain to get up my car didn’t like that but other than the mountain we’ve loved this place. Didn’t get to see no bears unfortunately here but when leaving here we did

We really like the cabin and the location, very peaceful!! There was plenty of room for the 6 of use to have our own space and an amazing deck where we all gathered to enjoy some family time.

This was a nice cabin at the end of the street. Communication with the owner was consistent and easy. Drawbacks were that this cabin looks lived in with closets full of the owner's belongings, shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathroom, etc. There were also a lot of notes around the cabin with instructions to wash towels the night before departure, strip beds of sheets and put in washer before leaving, put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run before leaving, etc which seemed a bit excessive and caused some of my family to feel obligated to do work while we were on vacation. I understand to clean up after yourself, but it seemed a little excessive.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for acknowledging the communication. I'm glad your family enjoyed their stay. I post the checking out procedures/expectations so there is not any misunderstanding. Putting dishes in the dishwasher etc.. Is not Hard Work... It is being respectful of another person's property. I do provide shampoo and conditioner to make it more convenient for the guests. These are not personal items. Guests have plenty of closet space and dresser to put their belongings. This family needs to focus on the positives. Life is too short !!

At one point the owner let us know she would be coming to the cabin to “fix the hot tub”. I felt it very strange. We were not there. I felt as if she was coming for another reason (not sure what) and nothing was done with the hot tub. Also felt as though someone lived there - WAY too much personal stuff around (hair color, cosmetics, tools, etc.). Nice cabin. Weird vibe from owner. Also, when I first found the cabinet on VRBO, it was listed as pet friendly. Then sometime right after I booked the reservation, it was changed to service animal only.

This Art group did a few things that were odd but I let it go. I did not question it. First, they were not honest with their reservation information. The reservation said, only 2 people were coming but there were 6 total and 2 dogs instead of only 1 dog. Then, one person took pictures of the camera that's at the front door. I have never had a guest take a picture of the camera. If a person, is doing the right thing, there is no need to take a picture of the camera. Then, one lady said, "I hope the owner doesn't live downstairs." Also, I got an ID of an adult but it seemed like the reservation was done under a different person's name. Again, I did not question it. I just let it go. I did not come to fix the hot tub. I came to change the water because. it had been 4 days since it had been changed. Overall, they had a good time. They left the cabin clean. I really appreciate it.

What a cozy cabin for our family of 3! The beds were comfy and the cabin was very clean. Plenty of open floor space for our 1 year old to toddle around. The porch was probably my favorite spot— a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the tree tops sway in the breeze or enjoy the sunshine on your face. Good variety of kitchen appliances for the meals we made. Useful labels on the light switches, which we found very helpful! Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin!

Great stay at this clean, comfortable cabin. Close to river rafting, plenty of restaurants and lots of bears!
A nice bear walking past us as we were loading to leave. Picture is taken from the steps on the front porch.
The visitor centers are really cool as are the local shops!
A bear that was sitting in the street on the way into the neighborhood, had to stop and let him get up and move along.
The river, beautiful, clear and nice and cold!

This cabin is beautiful and has a lot of space. Wasn’t as secluded as I expected but it was at a dead end road and only noticed a couple people around and I believe they lived in the area. The host was amazing, answered all of my questions and even met us at the cabin for a personal tour of the home and what her expectations were as we stayed there and upon our departure. Would definitely recommend her cabin to anyone looking for their Smokie Mountain trip!!

Beautiful Cabin at the Golf Course

The Cabin was perfect, and the fact that is close to the golf course is a bonus. Townsend is the best place to stay, it's close to Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
