The location couldn't be better. Only a 5--10 minute walk to downtown Napa and only a block from Main Street. At the same time, the neighborhood is distanced enough to offer a calm and comfortable environment, in both the evening and early hours of the morning. Amazing restaurants, tasting rooms, The Oxbow Market, bars, etc. only a few minutes from my house. As a licensed vacation rental I serve to answer any questions visitors may have about the valley. I love living in this Valley and am thrilled to offer accommodations for those interested in experiencing it for themselves. * City of Napa License # VR16-0041.

This house was perfect for a girl's getaway! The central location was convenient to get to downtown Napa for all of our dinner reservations and easily drive to all of our wine tastings across the region. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. If we find ourselves in the area in the future we will definitely be staying here again!

We loved this home. It is comfortable with a great location and everything you need. Owner provides lots of small things (dish soap, hand soap, extra towels, paper towels, etc.) which is super helpful and not always the case. Easy in and out, beautiful outdoor sitting area and yard. We hope to stay here again.

Very clean and nicely decorated house just a few blocks from downtown Napa. A really great place to stay and to be able to explore Wine Country. The neighborhood has a nice vibe. There is a beautiful garden in the back. The cut flowers from the garden put inside the house by the owner was a beautiful touch. My friend and I had an excellent stay. We only wished that we had more time to explore Napa.

We had a lovely stay in this property. It met all of our needs! The hair dryer, iron and board, coffee maker, washer/dryer and refrigerator were all put to use. We were happy to contribute coffee and a few beers for future use. We try much appreciated the fresh bouquet on the dining room table. Clean up/trash disposal was easy. Nice getaway from the city

We had a super nice 2 day stay, to enjoy Napa and see Neil Young at the riverside stage. The House is super cute, Our host stopped by on our last day to say hi. We would definitely stay here again

Girls Trip

My mother in law, sister in law and I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. It was close to downtown and easy to find. The garden is so gorgeous with all the bottle gourds growing on two high arches. We had an amazing time. Thank you!!

Lovely Napa Cottage!

This home with the most PERFECT garden is a wonderful location to stay while visiting the Napa area. Easy access to go to wineries and a LOVELY and easy evening walk to dinners. Linden is a GRACIOUS host, and, while not asked, the check out process was as easy as the check-in process - something that helps make the stay even more lovely. You won't be sorry you booked this!

NAPA Trip

Great house, amenities as listed. Plenty of space for four people. Great location, we were able to walk downtown in about 10-15 minutes and we had no issues calling Ubers to get us to wineries further away. Recommend for anyone traveling to Napa. Host was responsive to any messages throughout our stay.

Absolutely Perfect

The property was perfect! Very well maintained inside and out. The gardens are immaculate and the house has all the comforts and amenities one could ask for. Easy walk to downtown Napa and served as a convenient home base for all of our adventures. Linden couldn’t have been more accommodating and responsive, just a great human being! Wonderful weekend in Napa

Very cute, quiet, beautiful little place close to downtown. Linden (the owner) met us when we arrived, answered all our questions, gave us tips, showed us the place, then got out of our hair. The garden in the backyard was so perfect for my 2 girls. They loved the swing on the front porch as well. It's a longer walk to downtown so we chose to drive. The owner was always available by text and we had nothing bad to say. Thank you for letting us stay!

Wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home on a quiet tree-lined street. The central location makes all of the Napa destinations easily accessible. Pleasant morning walks through the neighborhood to downtown Napa and the river. The home is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed and well stocked. The decor is eclectic with many personal mementos making it feel like you're staying at a friend's home. Definitely not a generic feel like many short term rentals. And there is a large backyard to enjoy. The Host, Linden, is a terrific guy who grew up in this family home. He clearly takes much pride in the home and is super friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Very comfortable place with beautiful backyard

This was a great place to stay during a work trip to Napa. My coworker and I were very comfortable, and really enjoyed sitting on the back deck. Linden has an amazing backyard!

Incredibly comfortable and clean Napa home

Such a beautiful and well kept home that is located about 15 minutes away by foot to downtown Napa. Owner was always responsive and accommodating to our needs. Everything was as described and we felt welcome from booking to departure. Highest recommendation!!

First Stay in Napa

House and property was great. Neighborhood was great also. Would have loved to see the property when all the flowers and vegetables were in bloom. Linden, the property owner was helpful and friendly. Greeted us when we got there and provided recommendations on what to do and where to eat.
