Beautiful Zen Cabin in Canyon Lake! Only 5 minutes from the lake and river!

This tranquil, colorful, and artistically designed tiny home is just 4 miles from the famous "Tubing on the Horseshoe" and "Whitewater Amphitheater," and only 2 miles from the Guadalupe River Access Trail! It features a gorgeous deck, as well as a washer, dryer, mini-fridge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a newly installed TV. The sleeping areas include one queen-size mattress in the loft area and one comfortable full-size sofa bed in the living area.

This beautiful Zen Cabin is tucked away at the back of our private 4-acre property and right in the middle of all the action in the Texas Hill Country. We are situated in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, nestled among the trees and discreetly located off the main road, creating a private and tranquil setting.

You will have your own deck with three rocking chairs and a small, open yard space featuring a dining table, a propane grill with utensils, and parking for up to two vehicles next to your cabin. We have other vacation rental cabins on our property, as well as our private homes, each with its own private area. We ensure that our guests have adequate personal space and privacy to enjoy the peacefulness of this magical property and all the wildlife that comes with it!

We are very close to the Canyon Lake Dam — only a 1-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away. Visitors come from all over to walk, cycle, and run across this 1-mile-long dam. The views are spectacular, and the best swimming spot on the lake is at the far side of the dam! (NOTE: Some closures are in place due to low water levels; please message us for up-to-date information.)

My fiancé and I had such a great time staying here. It was so cozy and warm (it was 50 degrees and windy) and had everything you would need! The property is very easy to find and there’s a beautiful view of the lake that’s walking distance. Would definitely stay here again, 10/10!

The tiny home was perfect for our stay. Very clean and so convenient to the wedding venue we were going to. So quiet and relaxing. Kitchen had all the needed necessities. Only issue was the mattress pad for the couch bed that was rolled up in the closet. It needed to be clean so we weren’t able to use it. But other than that enjoyed our stay. Our host was able to accommodate our check in time for our wedding plans. Much appreciated!!

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful place to land while visiting the Canyon Lake area. The Zen cabin fit the bill completely. We spent time volunteering with “Feed the Need” in Kerrville with victims of the recent flooding. After connecting with folks and hearing stories of loss and heart break, it was comforting to come back to the clean, compact serenity of the Zen cabin and be greeted by the very unique and friendly cat on the back porch!

Amazing Little Getaway

The cabin is incredibly homey, and with check in/out just using your code to get in the door it's so easy to just get comfortable and settle in! It's so close to the lake, a few trails and some great food! The cats were so friendly and precious, and the loft bed was so fun and comfortable. They provide a fully stocked bathroom (safe toothbrush/paste obviously) and the kitchen ahs all the dish and cook wear you could need! Genuinely so happy to have gone to this cabin with my partner, we really loved it!

Canyon Lake is such an amazing place with so many wonderful things to do. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to live so close to the best swimming spot on the lake and also the spillway at the Canyon Lake Dam. Every night we walk from our home to the dam to watch the spectacular sunsets. The gorgeous and refreshing Guadalupe River is also just minutes from our home!

What makes this property unique

There is a healing energy on this land and almost every person who visits for a day or more comments on it. Even though we've built a small village of cute, creative, and elegant vacation homes (and private homes) on our land, we have managed to maintain the quiet, nurturing, and healing ambiance that touches so many people who stay here. We love this property and feel very lucky to share its magic with others.
