Please Read Before Booking
This is a family-friendly, luxury accommodation requiring respectful behavior. All group members, except for accompanying family, must be at least 30 years old. There is no smoking. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am are enforced. Behavior negatively impacting the neighborhood will result in fines and/or eviction.

Description
This large corner suite is a bright and private retreat, right next to a beginner ski run on Blackcomb Mountain. From the living room, watch skiers zoom past. Or from the main bedroom and deck, keep an eye on the kiddos in the pool. Amenities include a shared pool, hot tub and gym.

Location
This rental property is on the 2nd floor of the Woodrun condominium on Spearhead Drive. It’s true ski-in/out and a 3-minute drive to Whistler Village. It’s close enough to the base of the mountain that you can walk down the edge of the slope to the restaurants and shops of the Upper Village. From there you can take the scenic Valley Trail and arrive at Whistler Village in 5 minutes.

Ski Access
From the back gate of the Woodrun Complex, walk 20 seconds the Lower Cruiser, a gentle slope to base of Blackcomb. Coming back, ski right to the gate.

Beautiful property

Great place to stay. One of the better setup places I have stayed, lay out and room setup is great. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Definitely recommend and will be looking to rent again in the future

Great place is Whistler next to the gondolas!

Great location, very clean, very well equipped and furnished. Highly recommended for 2 families with kids to spend quality time together. Pool was not open in July which was surprising but there is plenty to do between hiking, biking, village strolls, etc.

Great spot for a family get away

Property comfortably fit all of my family who were visiting from Australia. Location was good, would be perfect for winter when skiing or snowboarding. AC would have been a bonus (9 people in one room can bring up the temp) but we managed just fine with the multiple fans provided. Would happily stay again!

Great condo!

Our family stayed here with another family. We really enjoyed the condo. It was really well stocked and had everything we needed. It was also really nice to ski in and ski out, especially with little kids. We didn't have to walk them over with all their gear. We just had them ski down to the main gondola :-) We look forward to staying here again in the future

Christmas on Blackcomb

This property exceed our expectations. The rooms were generous and the location exceptional with a view on the slopes. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. All we hoped for and more!

Upper village access

Access to upper village was super easy, just a short walk down the hill. The condo, itself, was very clean and comfy. There were gas fireplaces which made it easy to have a fire at the end of the day. We would definitely book this place again.

Great ski in ski out apt

We all had a wonderful time at the Woodrun Lodge. Rooms and amenities were good / well stocked with essentials for kitchen. The location is fantastic, perfect ski in ski out at blackcomb base / gondola. Only negative was that the guest bathroom / shower doesn’t have hot water, so being with a group of friends with 4 people who had to use the en-suite bathrooms was difficult to schedule.

You won't find a place closer to Blackcomb. The unit itself was massive and very nicely furnished and supplied. Everyone loved it! The Woodrun property was great too. The front desk was very helpful, the ski lockers were nice, and the communal hot tub had plenty of space.

Great experience

We have stayed in numerous properties over the years and this one ranks near the top. It is a roomy and comfortable property and has every amenity imaginable. In addition, the location is steps from the Upper Village and a 10 minute walk to the main village. Chris was very responsive and helpful so we had no issues whatsoever. All in all, be assured that we will be back!

On the Ski Slope

This is a nice place to stay. It is located on the second floor at the very end of the hall and has a pretty view of the green ski slope going by. I just love the decor, very "mountainy". Access to the slope is through the lobby and out of a locker area, out by the pool, do not forget your key. The unit is well organized basically 2 ensuites and a bunk room with a bathroom across the hall. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is great. There are tons, I mean tons of dishes and cookware. The previous renters, as well as I, have left lots of spices for cooking. The beds are really comfortable, and the place was clean. Need to know, the garage is tight if you have a big vehicle, this may be a problem if the place is full as 3 SUVs in a row would fill the entire space, and you must have a parking pass, which is a tiny piece of paper you get from the front desk. My only comment was there was not enough paper supplies for our unit, I did buy some but ran out before our last day, the front desk does not supply it, you must call Whistler Vacations, which never brought more. This unit is conveniently located just a short walk to a free shuttle that runs about every 15 minutes (about 500 feet away on main road) this was really nice, as the walk up the slope can be rough after a few beers at the base. There is a little grocery and liquor store just at the bottom of the slope in Upper Village, and much larger well stocked ones about a 3-minute drive (Nesters). Would recommend!!!!

Nice location. Nicer than normal room

Nicer than normal condo. Better kept than most. Good location on the mtn and nice spot in the building. 1 shower doesn’t work, and baseboard heaters in the master bedroom are LOUD. Plus master bed should be a king, there is more than enough room. Living room/kitchen are better than normal. It would be nice if unit was stocked with salt/pepper/oil but nope. Had a great stay. Would book again if it were cheaper.

Host is not transparent about pools being out of service

t reliable and not transparent with their rental property listings. Save the headache and your time, book with another listing. We booked our annual trip to Whistler, and chose a property that Whistler Wire manages, 4910 Spearhead Place, Whistler. We are a party of 9, 2 seniors 4 adults(35-40) with young kids. So since it’s the summer months, the number one amenity we looked for was a property with a pool and hot tubs. We narrowed our selection down to 3 properties and chose a property managed by Whistler Wired simply because they had a pool and hot tubs. There other contenders were cheaper and closer to the village. Come arrival day, the unit was large and quite spacious, but it was humid and sticky. And we found out that the pool and hot tubs were down since May for renovations. We immediately contacted Whistler Wired, the host and asked if they can relocate us or help. They gave us codes to use the pool at another hotel, but told us not to tell them that we are not guests at their hotel. Which is hard to do, seeing as we are a large party. We have young kids, eager to swim because it was a hot day. Unbeknownst to us, it was a 15 minutes trek down a steep hill and back a that hill to use their “alternative solution”. So everytime our kids begged us to swim we had to make that trek. To compensate they offered a 13% refund, a 6 pack of beer and a bottle of wine. Most of our party didn’t drink so that was not a benefit. This is only after going back and forth to see w
