OK Stay -rustic beach home with some wear and tear.

First, the view is absolutely spectacular! Sunsets are amazing and the pelicans are fun to watch! However, the beach didn't look anything like the picture in the listing. There was literally NO SAND. The waves came right over the bottom of the stairs. We did have some tropical weather come through, but in 9 days (Nov 1 thru 9) the beach never looked like the picture. One of the bathroom ceilings leaked badly requiring us to close off the bathroom and hope that the water didn't run into the electrical fixtures causing a larger problem. I will note that Wesley was wonderful and did come out twice to fix the leak. The first time was unsuccessful and I can't comment on the 2nd time it didn't rain again after we were told it was fixed. He also brought us a bag of ice, because there is no way to make your own. No icemaker or ice cube trays, and very bare boned kitchen supplies. IMO, this unit is NOT suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The stairs were too much for my parents (and even me with our luggage!) There are also raised thresholds throughout that were tripping hazards. Furniture in living room is incredibly uncomfortable, but beds and sheets were good, we slept well. Air conditioning in bedrooms works great. Many doors throughout the property are horrible. The scraping sounds they make off the floor can wake the dead. The back 'slider like' doors opening to the view had cracked glass and did not open easily. The left side was incredibly heavy so you had to unlatch the right side to go in and out with anything in your hands or fully open up the right side, letting the cool air out. None of the switches are labeled, and I had to stand on the toilet seat to plug in hair dryer because plugs are stupid high! Hot water in master shower hard to regulate. Balcony area to enjoy the view wasn't even swept prior to our arrival. Debris and spider webs galore. Beach chairs were left out in the rain prior to our arrival and when picked up, they leaked a horrible mess all over me (fabric dye perhaps?) TV didn't work upon arrival, Sean came right out= bad batteries in remote. The property is located in a residential neighborhood and multiple dogs bark all day and night. Street parking was no problem. The neighborhood wasn't far from grocery stores, downtown or the public beach (which we had to travel to if we wanted our toes in the sand.) The public beach wasn't nearly as nice as Luquillo's. Bottom line, we wouldn't stay again.

Great Place

We've been going to Rincon yearly for a while now. This was the best house and location ever. The beach and ocean in front of the house were great for swimming, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. The views and sunsets from the property are amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There’s no A/C outside the bedrooms so it got a little hot on a couple of the afternoons but the A/C in the bedrooms could put ice on the walls if you wanted to. It was probably one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had for as long as I can remember! The Caribbean Sea is just outside your door so that’s another terrific option for cooling off. We’ve honestly never spent as much time in a rental property as we did this property which is an excellent sign that we were having a great stay.

Breathtaking

Our stay has magical and breathtaking from the moment we walk in. The house was clean and it smell good. The beach was beautiful and very private. The only thing was the small appliances did not work. We will definitely be staying here again very soon. This house is worth the money. Thank you for the best vacation. See you soon !

Amazing house and location!

Such a great place. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was simply amazing, right on the beach. We enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding and the beautiful sunsets! There are grocery stores within a couple minutes drive with everything you need. I would recommend highly! We will be back!!

Loved this place!

A group of 16 of us shared the top and bottom units for a week. The ocean comes right up to the seawall. The beach is beautiful. The house is spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The location is wonderful. We are talking about booking it for next year also. It was so amazing.

Amazing Accomadations on Fantastic Beach

We were a group of eight and had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures do not do it justice. The place is open and airy with amazing sunset views from the balcony. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We made everything from pancakes to ribs. Even when we sat inside at the huge table it felt like we were eating outside with the tall doors open. Plenty of bath and beach towels in all rooms and bathrooms. Had use of the washer and dryer so we didn't have to bring a ton of clothing. Can not recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed to spend your trip there. Wish I was still there now.
