The host was amazing answering all my questions within minutes. The property was amazing had everything you needed for our stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. We recommend this property to everyone visiting the area and we will be back for another visit.
It was such a peaceful stay! Everything was really nice & clean & had everything we needed! Would love to stay again! Away from the Gatlinburg strip, and we enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the campsite was.
Host was very kind and welcoming. We had plumbing issues during our stay due to cold weather but the host was very responsive and helpful the whole time. Would definitely stay with this company again!
Host was very quick and accommodating to any questions that we had. I recommend replacing the mattress. The current mattress rolls into the center making sleep horrible. Also add some by the door for coats especially for winter visitors.
The place was really cute and the area was great. We drove from NC to pretty much just sleep there so we didn’t have to drive back the same day after being in Gatlinburg. The water didn’t work at first but it was an easy fix and done fast so that was no problem. In the middle of the night the heat stopped working so we didn’t get much sleep because we woke up like frozen popsicles around 1am. The hot water was not so great so we left early in the morning without showers.
Great location. Quiet, peaceful. Loved our stay. Great communication with owner. Very fast response with our questions! Highly recommend if you are in the area.
Amazing property. The RV was such a relaxing stay for my family and I. I know there are a lot of reviews about the distance but I thought it was the perfect distance from Gatlinburg. The center of town was nice to visit, but the drive back was wonderful and relaxing. We enjoyed meeting the locals and seeing areas that were non touristy. We will def be back to explore more of this beautiful area of the country. Thank you for sharing
The place clean and well equipped. Not far from down town Gatlinburg. Quiet area to stay in and the bed was very comfortable. Only few things I see could be done different make sure the guest know how to set up the camper better like hot water. The owner was very helpful and answered questions quickly, We enjoyed our stay.
Our stay was amazing, peaceful, and fun! We arrived on site and with the directions we were given by the owners, we found our glamping trailer home with ease. We did arrive after hours for the camp office, but easily checked-in with them the next morning. The trailer was amazing, and had all the amenities you could need. From linen, towels, and all the kitchen essentials, to the BBQ and utensils, down to the k-cups for the Keurig. Contact with the owner was very quick and they were quite polite. We would definitely stay again, and longer than 5 days next time!
We loved the camper! So much room for a family of 5 and our dog! Was so nice to be in an outdoor area and walk around the camp ground. Our son loves to fish and it was 10 steps away! Caught a big cat fish and bass!!! The bed, oh man the bed! I slept soooooo good in the master bed! Beautiful camper! We spent most of our time in the national park which I highly recommend! I was hoping to have a fire every night but with the dry weather there was no fires allowed, but that is ok. Also there is a creek that runs through the camp ground, very neat! Very nice place to stay and relaxing! Host was easy to reach out to and very accommodating! Much appreciated
This 5th wheel trailer was like brand new. Extremely clean and well appointed. The grounds were a bit tight but that is the case with most campgrounds. The campground people were very nice. We didn’t spend much time in the campground so can’t comment on the things there. This campground was about 12 miles outside of Gatlinburg so not a lot of things close. My only complaint was with the RB mattress. These just aren’t that. On for table and I’m a big guy so basically sunk down to the plywood base. That is the only reasons everything wasn’t 5 stars. Great owners and a fantastic stay.
Nice 5th wheel however, it’s a couple years old not brand new as listed I did not appreciate the fact you had to pay 50 a day to use the old electric weathered golf cart with cracked vinyl cover on dirty gulf cartThen the battery is so old it has to be charged everyday. That gulf cart is a second hand gulf cart and dirtyIt does not cost 50 a day to use a golf cart to ride around campground It should be included in the price of rentalEveryone at campground friendly. The entrance door creaks when you open and close itThe plastic thermostat cover in hallway was half off the wallNowhere to place your shampoo or soap in shower, you have to place on top of the toilet and grab while you are in the showerThe outside of the camper was messy not a kept lawn and fireplace was a messIt states fishing, there were no fish to be caught after fishing for 1 hr. Not a good fishing spot.I would recommend KOA down the street 4 miles There are campgrounds up and down the street I highly recommend the Titanic exhibit and downtown Gatlinburg beautiful. A lot of good places to eat.
We had a great time, the camper was very nice and clean. Any time I messaged with a question the host was very quick to message back and help us out. Parking was fine we fit our suburban no problem, my daughter had a blast fishing in the pond and riding the golf cart. The camp ground was very peaceful and kid friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!!
