Check in was fine, place was clean, eqsy check out, door sticks when trying to open and close, only left 4 bath towels for 3 people staying 4 nights/5 days (asked for more, was supposed to send but didn't receive), shower leaks making water mess on floor (cleaned up each time but is causing water damage), didn't try bathtub but kind of an odd placement if staying with your family, nice view and beach.

Check in was easy with the code provided. This property needs some serious care & maintenance. We arrived & immediately contacted the host regarding the cleanliness & safety issues of the property. There were dead bugs in the toilet & around the room, cobwebs in the ceiling, cobwebs & bugs all over the balcony, a sharp nail sticking out of the wall at the entry, mold in the shower & chipping paint. It also smelled dirty. We got no response from the host that evening & ended up driving back home because there was minimal vacancy in the area. A couple days of work deep cleaning & updating the paint would make this a nice unit with a great view. It was a huge disappointment.

Weekend Trip

We came here for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! Close to everything you’d want to see in Traverse City, and the view from the room was beautiful. For a holiday weekend the beach still felt so private. We would definitely come again.

Horrible experience

The place was so dirty and dusty. It smelled really dirty and we didn’t even stay one day, we booked another hotel, they didn’t give full refund even tho we didn’t use the property because of their conditions. Imagine being so excited for a trip you booked two months in advance and waste over 600 and had to pay even more money to find another place. No full refund.

The bones of this condo were good. It is a cute room and the view is AMAZING! The shower, while small, had a fantastic showerhead with great pressure; that was honestly our favorite part of the room. Jacuzzi tub didn't work which was the main reason we booked this room and we were not told about it prior to check in. We were quite underwhelmed when it came to the upkeep. They have slat blinds covering the slider to the patio and half of them were missing. My husband had to make a curtain out of a blanket to maintain some sort of privacy. The patio furniture was covered in cobwebs that definately were there for a while. We had to take papertowels to them in order to sit down. They had decorative charcoal grey pillows on the bed that had some white residue on the one....so naturally that made it feel super dirty. Cobwebs on the ceilings. We aren't ones to say much when it comes to this type of thing but it was really needing some upkeep. Sadly we don't get away much for weekends so it was pretty disappointing.

It's all about the Views!

The views from the condo are beautiful! The Condo was clean and just like I imagined from the photos. We had a great time. The only downside is if you like to watch TV at night before you go to sleep is the Satellite TV would come in and out and some nights it would not work at all. But overall, the Condo is just like it says and the views are breathtaking.

Excellent Location

Everything about the property was lovely and as described on the website. The only hiccups we ran into was due to having rented through a private owner vs. the Inn. We didn't have access to the daily breakfast nor housekeeping. That was a bit rough for an eleven night stay without access to laundry. For shorter stays, everything about it would be perfect.

My husband and I came for a little getaway! This place was perfect for us two. We loved the location and how close it was to both downtown Traverse City & Torch Lake. We will be back as we have found that Traverse City is such a hidden gem!

Weekend Getaway with a View

Great spot for a couple! Wonderful view of Grand Traverse Bay without even getting up from the comfortable king sized bed! Having a balcony was nice too. Property manager responded quickly when the WiFi code didn’t work.

Great couples condo for a long weekend.

Drove up from Indiana, great condo location for our first time to Traverse city. It was overall very clean, well maintained and equipped for our needs, even the condo employees were onsite to help, kept pool clean and graded/raked the beach daily. Perhaps I overlooked it but do note, no elevator
 stairs only. Only long term suggestion for the owner, remove the dated jacuzzi and install a larger walk in shower.
