Êtes-vous un moment difficile déterminer le droit de choisir condo dans Sea Pines? Ne cherchez plus. Ma femme et moi parcouraient l'île pour trouver le meilleur emplacement et ça y est! Face à la plage est trop cher et Harbour Town est trop bruyant. Lighthouse Tennis Villas est en plein milieu de Sea Pines avec un 2 minutes à pied de Truffes, Giuseppi de, Gas Station, Market Cafe / café et le shopping, puis une ~ 10 minutes à pied de Harbour Town et à une minute de marche ~ 15 au Pines Sea Club de la plage! Courts de tennis multiples sur place et une belle piscine. Un local à vélos aussi. Ceci est au 2ème étage donnant sur une belle lagune avec une fontaine avec vue sur la piscine. Très ouvert et lumineux avec une tonne de fenêtres. Nous avons juste remis à neuf l'unité au printemps 2016 pour inclure des comptoirs en granit, tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, planchers, nouvelle grande douche de salle de bains principale, écran plat HDTV et nous avons ouvert la cuisine à la tanière avec un joli comptoir de bar avec tabourets (note la plupart Lighthouse Tennis Villas ont la machine à laver / sèche-linge dans la cuisine ... nous relocalisé la laveuse / sécheuse à un placard dans le couloir et a ouvert la cuisine). Nous avons 3 enfants de 1 à 7 qui aiment l'unité qui n'a pas de marches à l'intérieur de l'unité réelle. Vélo à la plage et de la ville portuaire, à quelques minutes. Mon gestionnaire immobilier local peut vous aider avec des remises aux 3 Sea Pines golf: Ocean, Heron Point et Harbour Town. Aussi les 4 courts de tennis sur place sont une partie de Smith Stearns Tennis Academy. Vous allez adorer ce condo et passer un moment génial!

** Il n'y aura pas de parking disponible au Sea Pines Beach Club en 2019. Parking quotidien pour le service de navette qui vous conduira au Beach Club à partir de 9h00. m. à 5h00 p. m. sera disponible comme suit:

Samedi 23 mars - samedi 13 avril - Lot 2 au lot principal de trolley
Dimanche 14 avril - dimanche 21 avril - Lot 6 en face de Lawton Stables
Lundi 22 avril - samedi 11 mai - Lot 2 au lot principal de trolley
Dimanche 12 mai - lundi 2 septembre - Lot 8 près de Fraser Circle

Le parking du Restraurant après 17h00 sera sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi. La navette pour la plage sera opérationnelle du 23 mars 2019 au 2 septembre 2019 (fête du Travail) de 9 h à 17 h 7 jours par semaine.**

Great Sea Pines Property

We found this property to be very clean, inviting and in a great location. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed the easy poolaccess. We also appreciated the central location within Sea Pines. We plan to stay here again.

Perfect location in Sea Pines!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Pines in this condo! The amount of space was perfect for up to 4 people and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach shuttle!

Sea Pines Vacation - Lighthouse Tennis (Jul 2025)

Really enjoyed this vacation property. Good size for our family of four. Location was right in the heart of sea pines. Pool was nice and heated. Balcony facing pond was awesome. Bedrooms nice and comfortable. Unit stayed consistently cool even with the outdoor temps consistently in the 90s all week. Highlight for the kids was the resident alligator in the pond that they named “Gary”. Only minor issues: neighbors above and below you as this is a second floor unit and the handle on the dryer kept popping off when doing laundry.

Pros - Great location, nice complex, great view of lagoon, parts of the condo that were redone are really nice. Cons - Windows are old, one side of sliding door is next to impossible to open, kitchen supplies needs a major upgrade (pots w/ broken handles, very aged cookware). However, all that could be overlooked because of the "Pros." But the most frustrating thing was that (at least when we were there), the place was very musty smelling. All of our clothes had to be washed upon returning home to get the smell out of them. Tremendous potential to be a really great stay, but it needs a few changes.

Thanks for staying, will have my PM look at the sliding door and supplies. They restock/inventory once a year and apologies for some renters that may toss things or run off with stuff. Also, not sure about the other comment or if it was raining... this unit and most homes in Sea Pines were built in the 70's.

Location location location

Location is excellent… about halfway between Harbortown and Sea Pines Beach Club with a free trolley to both and pick up just steps away. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to Harbortown. Several good restaurants, a coffee shop, bike rentals and a spa are just a short walk down the street. The bathrooms and kitchen in this condo have been very nicely renovated. I was a bit surprised at the additional charge of 275 to bring our small dog for four nights. Other than that we loved everything about the condo.
