Pros - Great location, nice complex, great view of lagoon, parts of the condo that were redone are really nice. Cons - Windows are old, one side of sliding door is next to impossible to open, kitchen supplies needs a major upgrade (pots w/ broken handles, very aged cookware). However, all that could be overlooked because of the "Pros." But the most frustrating thing was that (at least when we were there), the place was very musty smelling. All of our clothes had to be washed upon returning home to get the smell out of them. Tremendous potential to be a really great stay, but it needs a few changes.

Sea Pines Vacation - Lighthouse Tennis (Jul 2025)

Really enjoyed this vacation property. Good size for our family of four. Location was right in the heart of sea pines. Pool was nice and heated. Balcony facing pond was awesome. Bedrooms nice and comfortable. Unit stayed consistently cool even with the outdoor temps consistently in the 90s all week. Highlight for the kids was the resident alligator in the pond that they named “Gary”. Only minor issues: neighbors above and below you as this is a second floor unit and the handle on the dryer kept popping off when doing laundry.

Great Sea Pines Property

We found this property to be very clean, inviting and in a great location. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed the easy poolaccess. We also appreciated the central location within Sea Pines. We plan to stay here again.

Awesome first stay in Hilton Head

We loved our stay in Hilton Head Island. Our accommodation's were wonderful. Very clean. We loved the deck area for morning coffee and afternoon break! Great place!!

Perfect location in Sea Pines!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Pines in this condo! The amount of space was perfect for up to 4 people and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach shuttle!

Location location location

Location is excellent… about halfway between Harbortown and Sea Pines Beach Club with a free trolley to both and pick up just steps away. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to Harbortown. Several good restaurants, a coffee shop, bike rentals and a spa are just a short walk down the street. The bathrooms and kitchen in this condo have been very nicely renovated. I was a bit surprised at the additional charge of 275 to bring our small dog for four nights. Other than that we loved everything about the condo.

The condo is just as listed. Everything we needed was there. Easy walking and biking from the condo. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for a week away for an anniversary trip for my husband & I. I am very particular when booking a trip and I spend a LOT of time reading reviews to make sure the property meets my expectations. This condo was very clean & decorated in a modern/beachy style. All needed items were available in the unit. Notable extras were beach towels and ample toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and washing machine pods and garbage bags to last us the whole week. The 2nd floor location overlooking the pond and fountain was great & we enjoyed time on the deck relaxing. Tennis courts and pool access are literally just steps away. I had messaged the owner seeking recommendations for bike rental and restaurant for anniversary dinner and both turned out great. I would absolutely stay at this condo again and would highly recommend.

Lighthouse Villa

Well-located; condo was not in the best shape as we arrived to a leak in the ceiling. The ceiling was yellow and peeling. There was also mold in the shower. My kids found Cheerios under their beds. The management company needs to do a better job maintaining the property. We should have also been contacted about the leak in advance.

Our condo is one of a few at Lighthouse Tennis that have had the kitchen opened to the den and had the washer/dryer relocated from the kitchen to a hallway closet. And it is recently renovated.
