Located in the charming Bird’s Nest section on the island’s south end, this newly constructed, minimalist-modern home boasts beautiful direct beach and ocean views as well as an elevated saltwater pool. Public access to the creek is a short walk away.

Families will love the single-level living option this raised two-story home provides. All the common areas as well as a screened porch, two bedrooms, two full baths AND the pool are located on the first floor - all accessible via an elevator that transports to the first floor from under the house. Now that’s Easy Living!

In addition to the pool and spectacular view, guests can also enjoy an electric fireplace, large screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, and oceanfront balcony with private beach boardwalk. The west-facing screened porch comes with swing rope chairs and promises of memorable sunset serenades.

On the top floor are two primary bedroom suites, each with a king bed and ceiling fan. In between these bedrooms are mirror-image bathrooms with combination walk-in shower/garden tub. Access to one of the side-by-side bathrooms is from the hallway for easy use by two additional top floor bedrooms.

POOL: Elevated 200 sq. ft. oceanfront saltwater pool is 4.5 feet deep and heated to 85 degrees between Mar 1 and Nov 31. The automated heating turns off at night and reheats in the morning, typically reaching 85 degrees between 10 am and 1 pm depending on outdoor conditions. Be advised, the pool heater automatically shuts off when outdoor temps reach below 55 degrees.

MAIN FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 2 SINGLES, 2 full baths (1 with tub/shower, 1 with shower only), kitchen, dining area, great room with electric fireplace, common area ocean views, direct pool access, oceanfront balcony, screened front porch, laundry room, elevator to main floor only.

PARKING: Covered parking under the house is available for two vehicles on the right plus a mini car or rental golf cart on the left. The private driveway can also park two vehicles.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays only in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent of $250 for one dog or $375 for two dogs. Maximum 2 adult dogs. For monthly stays, additional rent is $300 for one dog, $600 for two. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed. See Pet Policy on RENTAL INFO page.
