Your relaxing Hilton Head vacation awaits you at our comfortable, recently updated 2- bedroom villa. Located within Palmetto Dunes Resort, this stylish villa offers an ideal retreat for couples, families or single guests. You will be delighted with the amenities which include miles of beautiful beaches, three award winning golf courses, tennis/pickleball center, and community pools.

Upon entering our villa, you will notice how everything has been updated. From the floors and walls to the furnishings, everything is fresh. The airy cathedral ceilings in the living space offer a serene a relaxing environment to watch tv or do a puzzle. There is an additional sofa bed for extra guests.

The bedrooms consist of a cozy king-sized bed with updated furnishings, cable tv, plenty of closet storage and an upbeat, coastal vibe. The second bedroom has two twin beds, plus a tv. The outdoor space offers tranquility under a huge live oak.

Enjoy all of the amenities of Palmetto Dunes- the beach, wonderful restaurants, pools, kayaking and so much. Our villa is a short walk from the General Store and Alexander's Restaurant. Hilton Head Outfitters is also nearby for any adventure supplies that you may need including bike and kayak rentals.

Come for a weekend, week, or month! Just pack your bathing suit and sunscreen and we will see you soon!

Parking notes: Parking pass required for each vehicle. Limited to two cars. No Assigned or street parking. Fee for parking is required once parking pass is picked up at the Palmetto Dunes Security office.

I do a lot of traveling and this was hands down one of the top 10 stays I've had. Everything from the location of the condo to all of the amenities were second to none. Mary was a wonderful host and let us check in a bit earlier when we arrived. I highly recommend this place in Hilton Head!

Great quick visit

We came to watch golf and had a wonderful time. The property is close to beach access and restaurants. The space was clean and well decorated. Mary was very attentive and will definitely stay again

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this condo. Very clean and love the area. We didn’t use the patio (tree debris and dirty from a rain storm) but the rest of the condo was exactly what we needed for a week long family stay. Nice pool around the corner and walking distance to beach about 12 minutes for us). Would love to stay again in the future.

Villa is beautifully decorated, owner provided everything anyone would need for a lovely vacation on Hilton Head Island. Villa is very close to one of the pools in the complex, the Palmetto Dunes General Store, and beach access.Thoughtful amenities included lots of pods for the Keurig, beach chairs and beach wagon (though we brought our own), and a welcoming snack.Excellent communication with the owner. Would absolutely stay here again!

A great place to stay !!!

This is a perfect place to stay and location in great! Local bike rentals just a short walk away. Alexanders is very close and the food there is exceptional!! Private living , super friendly neighbors in close by villas. Mary was excellent in responding to questions and we hope to go back in the future!

We love Pametto Dunes and this rental was in a grest location, was easy to get to and was good for a short stay. Some maintenance (outlets, switches, bathroom lock) and a thorough cleaning (upholstery, floors) are needed. However, the price and location were good overall. Host was accessible and the check-in process was easy.

I would highly recommend this rental. Perfect location to all Palmetto Dunes has to offer. Great restaurants, tons of bike trails and easy beach access. The master bedroom is huge and has a great king size bed. We'll definitely be staying here again!

The condo was immaculate. There was plenty of room, very open, everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Wi-Fi and lots of tv options (Netflix, Prime, Disney, Peacock). The location was great because it was at the middle of the island so easy access to everything. Thank you Mary for being such a hospitable host.

Stayed on Hilton Head for a few days with my family over spring break. Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location mid Island and being in a great location within Palmetto Duns. Mary was a great host and ensured our stay was perfect. We even forgot something in the bathroom and Mary sent it to us.

We stayed here for three nights as part of a two week SC trip. The condo is spacious and well equipped. We did have an issue with the A/C but Mary the host immediately addressed it so all was good. Great service.!

Everything You Need

We had a lovely extended stay in this Queen's Grant Villa. It is tastefully decorated and we appreciated the extra touches (i.e. nice bedding and linens). The enclosed patio with a bbq was an extra bonus. There was a good assortment of start up supplies. Beach chairs and towels were also included. Mary was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking.

The property located at Palmetto Dunes was in an terrific location. Palmetto Dunes offered many amenities. Their Dunes buggy service was very welcome. They would pick you up and drop you off anywhere within the resort. However the condo itself, even though there were a lot of Resort amenities, was not really kept up very well. Things were in need of maintenance and could have used a very good cleaning and refresh.
