The townhome is situated in a quiet community with a community pool, tennis courts, new pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, lake, and much more. Beautiful quiet community with nature trails, a huge lake, and community amenities. Perfect place to feel like a vacation in a resort and a home away from home.

Centrally located near USF, Moffitt, Busch Gardens, and Adventure Island Amusement parks. About a 30-minute drive to Downtown Tampa and TPA Airport. Only an hour away to the most esteemed beaches in the country and theme parks in Orlando.
