Perfect home base for your summer seaside adventures, as this area offers something for everyone! Walk to Narrow River or head to Narragansett Beach (2.5 miles away) to enjoy a day of sand and surf; or walk through nearby Chafee Wildlife Refuge at Pettaquamscutt Cove. Board the ferry to Block Island or book a fishing charter from nearby Pt. Judith. Scrub off that salt and sand and get dressed up for a night of waterfront dining at some of the area’s best restaurants.
After you’ve tired yourself out in the sun and sea spray, simply relax against the backdrop of birdsong on the private back patio or sink into a cozy chair with a refreshing drink on the covered front porch. LOCATION! Down the street from Narrow River. We LOVE bringing our kayaks and kayaking to Narragansett Beach and enjoying a day at the beach before paddling back (not a very long paddle and quite beautiful)! Close to the beaches, Narragansett and it's amazing restaurants and seafood shacks. The cottage is the last home on a dead end abutting an old bird sanctuary makes it such a peaceful and tranquil spot, so you get the best of both worlds!
