Bright, Dog Friendly, Bungalow with Ozone Pool, Firepit and Mountain Views!

In the Sunrise Park neighborhood, Orange Crush is just a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs, offering fine dining, shopping, art and culture; as well as being convenient to many local Desert City attractions.

The primary suite features a king sized bed, sitting area with full size couch, armchair and mid-century desk, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The suite also offers direct access to the pool patio via sliding glass doors as well as an en suite bath and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and step-in shower.

The second bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV a private shower/tub combo. The bedroom also has access to the patio with a seating area.

The third bedroom offers a queen sized bed with armoire and dresser. This room will use the hall bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. This room also has access to the patio with a seating area.

Anchored by the large rectangular ozone pool with integrated spa and tanning shelf, the outdoor spaces feature an outdoor dining room with custom pergola with sliding shade, gas barbeque, fire-pit and abundant chaise lounges, sitting areas and free standing umbrellas. The newest feature to the backyard paradise is a built in bar. This is sure to be the space where guests will spend the most time, enjoying the stunning mountain views and warm Palm Springs sunshine!

We apologize but the garage is not for guest use.

Guests have access to three parking spaces, two in the driveway and one street space. This home welcomes up to 2 dogs with a pet fee of 150 USD per dog, plus tax,

Beautiful Home!

The property was stunning, and very comfortable. The check in process was simple and safe during Covid-19! The only small issue was that some of the dishes appeared dirty and needed to be re-cleaned, but the property as a whole was very well kept.

A great social hous

This property is great from a big open kitchen living room area for social gatherings to an amazing pool With a shelf and nice umbrellas to protect against the 115 degree sun. The Air conditioning and appliances were all too notch. Some areas for improvement are a cleaner pool, more storage space in the kitchen, working iPad for pool and there was a bit of a sewer smell coming from guest bathroom.

Palm Springs perfection!

Amazing mid century modern that is in pristine condition. Close to downtown. Super clean, everything is in working order, amazing views and the best vrbo I’ve stayed in. Lots of room to spread out and backyard pool area is exactly the vibe you want while staying in Palm Springs.
