You'll also enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms, one of which includes a hair dryer. The living room offers an sofa bed for additional sleeping space. We have a top of the line refrigerator that supplies you with filtered water & filtered ice, so there is no need to stock up on water. We also have the fridge stocked with spices & sauces so you can easily make your own meals to keep inline with budgets. There is a front porch with string lights & we also provide a gas Weber BBQ grill on the back deck with a decent size table with chairs & string lights. The resort supplies a washer & dryer for $1 honor system. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Puerto Rico.

Our place is only 15mins from the airport at Aguadillia (BQN) on the west side of PR, we are immediately between the airport & the prime surfing area of Rincon - world famous surfing destination!

The resort features a communal area for gathering/parties, a large swimming pool with attached kiddies pool, a gazebo that over looks the pool and more importantly, the Caribbean Sea. We are surrounded by gorgeous tropical foliage of palm trees and hands down the best sunsets you'll ever see in your life.

There is also 2 tennis courts in the back of the resort & we provide rackets and balls.

Sometimes what makes PR a little inconvenient is that you tend to have to drive everywhere, what makes our condo at Villarena so superb is that we are short walking distance to over 7+ highly reputable restaurants as well as a health bar selling acai bowls, smoothies, juices and naughty desserts.

Due to awkward flight itineraries into BQN airport, we can adjust check-in & check-out times to help accommodate renters.
