This top-floor studio features a split air conditioner to keep you cool on warmer days, providing the ultimate in comfort.
Sleeping arrangements include a King-size bed and a double size sofa bed. (Comfortably sleeps a party of 2. We allow up to 3 guests. If you have a party of 4, please ask permission in advance. The sofa bed is more suitable for children than adults.)
This third-floor ocean view unit offers beautiful views of the tropical landscaped courtyard and Pacific ocean. Enjoy waking up to the sound of the waves and the chorus of tropical birds as you sip your morning coffee on the private lanai. Perfect for a relaxing escape, Islander on the Beach sits on the Coconut Coast of Kaua'i, offering guests both peace and tranquility while being close to all the fun activities of Kapa'a.
Take advantage of the oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, and Tiki Hut bar at the resort. You're just steps away from the beach, and the famous Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant, known for its great food and live music, is right next door. The Coconut Marketplace, filled with shops and dining options, is just across the parking lot, offering everything you need within walking distance. For active guests, the beachfront path nearby is perfect for walking, running, or cycling.
Unit 319 is on the top floor, offering a quiet setting away from foot traffic. The Fujitsu AC system, flat-screen cable TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee maker, small fridge, and essential kitchenware make it a fully equipped studio, ideal for your Garden Isle getaway. Poolside BBQ grills are also available for guest use.
Many of our guests return year after year for the breathtaking ocean views and the convenience of being so close to the beach. Whether you're exploring Kaua'i's famous sights or simply enjoying a carefree day by the pool, you'll experience the true essence of island hospitality with aloha at Islander on the Beach.
Free parking is available for our guests. Please note that there are no elevators in the complex, and this unit is privately owned and managed. Housekeeping services are provided before check-in and after checkout. Additional cleaning services, including linen refresh and towel changes, are available for a $70 fee per scheduled day. If you need laundry facilities, a laundromat is just a short drive away.
Located centrally, Islander on the Beach is only 12 minutes from Lihue Airport and within an hour's drive to popular island destinations such as Hanalei and Poipu.
Come relax and enjoy a true Hawaiian experience in our beautiful oceanfront unit! Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

Other Important Notes: * Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. * A $25 fee applies if more than 2 garbage bags are left behind. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges. * A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key. * Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.

Had a Wonderful Time
This unit has an incredible view of the ocean and it's very quiet. The layout of the unit is perfect for a couple. It has a nice sized bed and also a nice sofa for relaxing. You can enjoy eating a nice meal on the balcony while taking in the beautiful view of the ocean.

The property was beautiful to walk around and definitely worth the money! The place inside feels a tiny bit outdated, but still super cute and has everything you need! And the view? Breathtaking! Definitely recommend!
