Jay’s home was just as described, perfect for our 10 day getaway. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood adjoining vast McDowell open space hiking/biking trails yet just minutes to shopping, dining & golfing. High-end Hot Springs spa in private fully enclosed back yard a real plus.

This was our 2nd time staying in this well-maintained home. It was equipped with everything we needed and very clean. Our dog loved the spacious, fenced backyard and the pretty walk around the neighborhood. The owner was responsive and check-in was easy. Big garage for cars and bikes.

The property was so nice, clean and beautiful. I came and stayed by myself at this property for 4 days and felt safe and very comfortable.. Jay was very prompt with any help or questions I had. I would definitely rent this place again..

We are empty nesters . We love playing golf or just enjoying a good Margarita.Love going out to listen to Live music (80's music) .

Why they chose this property

Denise and I are avid golfers and we love the proximity to so many beautiful golf courses. We also love the community to just get out and walk the neighborhood, ride bikes etc. Cave creek area has so many wonderful restaurants and good shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a modern home which feels homey. The hot tub is wonderful to soak in the sore muscles after an exhilarating round of golf or hike. The backyard is very private with a BBQ grill.
