This well appointed home is located in the sought after area of North Scottsdale; just minutes to everything you need. Walking distance to restaurants/grocery. This home is in a GATED community and is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer. Just minutes to WestWorld and the Waste Management PGA (Phoenix Open). Dozens of wonderful golf courses right out the front door. 5 minutes to Grayhawk, 10 minutes to The Boulders and Troon North and so many more!

Casa De Mojave is a beautiful fully furnished single story (NO STAIRS) 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home. The master bedroom offers a King bed, 55 inch flat screen TV, and attached full bath with walk-in shower and soaker tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both offer a Queen bed and one of them has a TV. You will also find a Queen air mattress if needed. We can also supply a Pack n’ Play or high chair upon request (subject to availability) for your convenience. A 2nd full bath offers a tub/shower combo. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer (w/soaps) if needed.

The inside offers a formal dining room and sitting room. In the great room/kitchen is a breakfast bar, another dining table, comfortable couch and LARGE 82 inch TV to watch the game! The glass sliding doors open to the outdoor covered patio with lounge seating to relax around a fire table, a dining table and 2 chaise lounge chairs. Enjoy the propane BBQ AND a Traeger SMOKER! And do not miss this BRAND NEW pool with Baja step and umbrella to relax and enjoy! Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion!

A private garage can park 2 cars, along with a 2 car driveway. Washer and dryer included. All linens, towels, paper products are included, along with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your feast. Simply get a few groceries and enjoy all that Casa De Mojave has to offer! If anything is needed during your stay, just ask your personal property manager…

***Please note the pool is not able to be heated.

Perfect stay

The house was beautiful and had everything we could want for our 4 day stay. We loved it and would defiantly stay again. The best part was the pool! It was perfect and where we spent a big chunk of our time.

Lovely Home; Great Location

We stayed at the house during our last two weeks of home renovation and the location and neighborhood were lovely. The outdoor area of the home is lovely and having two living spaces was perfect. Overall, we would recommend this home - just lovely.

Great Stay

Our group of three stayed four nights. The location is very good. Shopping is just down the street and access to the major highways is close. Back yard is a great place to relax. We cooked out to nights.

It was perfect

The only time we’ve ever been met at the door by a property manager to greet us. The home was even better than we expected for our first out of state VRBO experience. The property manager, Wes was great with communication and helpful.

Convenient location, roomy accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay with 5 adults and was plenty of comfortable space. Loved the family room plus sunny living room w/dining, and beds were very comfortable. Outdoor space is nice w/firepit but a bit small pool decking w/unheated pool as described, but was fine for our needs! Loved the location convenient to all N. Scottsdale has to offer, and we enjoyed our daily short walk to Starbuck's and strip mall a block away. Property Manager was super accessible and responsive. Great stay and property.

The property was just perfect for golf and sunning--close to many golf courses and the backyard pool and patio was the perfect place for quiet relaxation! The home is conveniently located to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and parks and is well maintained and well stocked. Communication with the management company was excellent.

Wonderful Scottsdale property

This was one of our favorite VRBO properties. Property was exactly as listed - wonderfully staged and all the furniture and beds were so comfortable! So many times vrbos can skimp on furniture and I’d have this in my house. The private intimate pool area was a slice of heaven and the lanai at night was so peaceful. Very quite neighborhood close to all of our favorite restaurants and golf courses. We could walk to Safeway and Starbucks and the property had everything we needed to have breakfast and lunch in. We would love to come back again.

house was as described. check in was simple. house showing some wear but was clean. pool area was very nice and private. quiet neighborhood with good walking paths close by. just a few minutes out of town. only warning to pass on is top of matress in master over 3 feet high so for some it may be difficult to climb.... was comfortable tho.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We know this area very well as we have been coming out to Scottsdale for over 30 years. The house had many positive features: excellent bed in main bedroom, good towels, plenty of crockery and cutlery, good pool, excellent neighbours. The location was more urban than we are used to but it is convenient for Safeways, Sprouts etc. so it depends on what you want.Some aspects of the property are tired-no upgrade to the bathrooms, 2 cupboard doors in the kitchen do not shut. There are very few cooking utensils and only plastic glasses.When we arrived, the vacuum was full of dirt!The main person in the property management company is very professional and responsive. The same could not be said about the individual agent for the property.I have put that I would not recommend the property but that is based on location from a personal perspective. As I say, others might be glad to be close to the 101 etc. We prefer to be North nearer Carefree and Cave Creek. I would have liked a neutral button.

The location and neighborhood were great - very quiet and close to major highways.Home was very practical and met our needs. Some nice amenities we could take advantage of: grill and smoker (but too cool for the pool and backyard does not get much sun). Wes (property mgr) was very helpful, as cited in other reviews. I might suggest leaving written instructions with the TVs so we wouldn't have to bother him. Kitchen is only minimally stocked (at least for our lengthy stay) and there were some issues with lights/fans not working. Overall, we were pleased with the home -- it just needed some details worked out to be perfect!
