Lake Life is waiting for you at this 5-bedroom waterfront retreat. Perfect for large families, this charming property boasts ample living space to accommodate everyone. The walkout basement recreation area caters to everyone in the family, with the L shape sectional for watching sports or movies, the pool table, dart board and bar area for the adults. Or enjoy a nice cup of coffee off the kitchen in our second living room with lake views to watch the sunrise and listen to the loons. This home is everything you need to enjoy and relax at the lake in the summertime. Enjoy your own private backyard and dock space for multiple boats. With restaurants, shopping, ice cream and golf all within 5 miles, this is the perfect location for a week getaway on one of the third largest lakes in lakes region of New Hampshire. All linens and towels are provided during your stay, and there is a washer and dryer on the third level to ensure all of your vacation needs. Please keep in mind we are booking Friday- Friday.

We LOVED staying at this house on Lake Winnisquam. The house was true to its description, with ample room for a large family get-together. The kitchen is huge and it was well-appointed, with pots and pans, coffee maker, and a good assortment of basic pantry staples. We could cook for 17 people easily. The bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable, and it was great to have towels on hand. The house also had easy access to the lake and we made good use of the stand-up paddleboard and kayak. It was great to have life jackets on hand, even for a child.Our interaction with the owner, Leigh, was also ideal - she was attentive, but never intrusive. Overall, a great break on the lake!
