2 Bedrooms have queen size beds (one with a feather bed, the other is a copper mattress from Nectar - Helps those who sleep hot to keep cool). Both Bedroom have their own dedicated private bath. Both Bedrooms have their own TV`s. Hopefully you are seeing the trend here...I designed this AirBnB space for social integration with private quarters. Entertain friends and family while you are in town. There is plenty of parking. Backyard is completely fenced in with fire pit. Firewood is supplied. There is a covered porch with seating and a Weber Grill to cook out. All accompaniments for grilling are supplied. The goal is easy...and no stress. Front Porch has two swings - meant to sip your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine and good conversation. I promise you - it is an experience you will be glad you decided to invest in. As your Host I promise you, you will be well taken care of and treated as a 5 star customer.
Smoking is allowed outdoors. There will be a fine imposed if there is evidence of smoking inside the home.

Welcome to Historic Tampa Heights Micro Lofts; Your own hideaway close to it all. Centrally located, this swanky two queen bed loft has over 700 sq. ft. to stretch out and relax. A sophisticated modern traditional space, this Loft is sure to please with glass privacy walls, a complete kitchen and washer & dryer. Everything you need to get off the grid as a special retreat. Convenient walking distance to Ybor City, Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, and the heart of Downtown Tampa.The SpaceSpeak Easy meets City. Raw black beam ceiling. When it rains you can hear the pitter patter on the roof - it's quite soothing.
Why they chose this property
This area is quickly gentrifying with Julian B Lane Riverfrong Park 2 blocks away and a Publix right around the corner. I couldn't resist being able to pick up this cozy bungalow and making it my own. My neighbors have been in the neighborhood forever and are very nice and quiet. I enjoy staying here with my pup and taking for walks on the Riverwalk.
What makes this property unique
I purchased 2Swings from a woman named America. It was the perfect size space for me and I let the home dictate the direction of the renovation. You will find it cozy and comforting and the swings are on the front porch are a great way to start or end your day with your favorite refreshment. I wanted to make a place that was relaxed for children and animals so you don't worry about the small things. Front and back yard are fenced in and I encourage you to turn the AC down (it is Florida - land of sunshine and smoldering summers). Luxury Linens, ultra comfortable beds, Lenox serving wear. It's all very cohesive and I personally use the space myself and I like comfort and nice things and would like to share my hospitality with you.
