We have a beautiful Over sized patio looking directly on to the Marina . The building is located next to John's Pass Village (Restaurants and Shops) and can accommodate up to 8 guests. High speed WIFI on site and 3 smart TV's in the Unit.
Washer and dryer in the condo. Heated pool and hot tub
The space:
One Bedroom has a king bed, bedroom two a queen and bedroom 3 two single beds . large open space kitchen and dinning area with access to patio. We also have a pull out couch .
Guest access
Parking for one car in covered garage onsite . There is also paid parking across the street.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Being directly across from the beach while overlooking the marina creates a unique coastal atmosphere. The area is walkable, peaceful, and close to great restaurants, shops, and waterfront activities. We love how easy it is to enjoy the beach, watch boats come and go, or simply unwind by the water without needing to drive everywhere.
