Bring your toys to this 1200 sq.ft. home, with an attached 1000 sq. ft. insulated garage. Entertainment regardless of the weather. This home is very close to 6000+acres of public land. Several lakes just minutes away, you can ride your ATVs or snowmobiles to the Wild River Trail system. Great fishing locally as well as in the Musky Capital Hayward lakes and Chippewa Flowage. Large insulated garage with a wood burning furnace to unwind and hang out, after your outdoor adventures. The garage includes air hockey, ping pong, bag toss, Jumbo Jenga, ladder toss, and many other outdoor games. Games and DVDs are also available for entertainment inside the cabin.
2 bedrooms and a bunk room. The Master with 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed and the bunk room with 2 bunk beds (twin bunks, 1 full/twin bunk) and 1 queen futon. The bathroom features a shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. This cozy retreat is perfect for families or friends looking for a comfortable stay.
Other amenities include AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, fire pit, screened in porch, towels, and wash clothes, pots, pans, crock pot, air fryer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware, storage containers, and simple seasonings. Starter items include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, q-tips, cotton swabs, dish sponge, washing machine pods, and dryer sheets (hypoallergenic).

All dishes must be washed, dried, and put back in their original location, before checkout. All windows and doors must be locked and all blinds and curtains closed.

We purchased this property as a second home for our family vacations. We visit frequently the and love the area and the ability to do everything we enjoy doing outdoors. We have lovely neighbors and enjoy our wooded lot. Our home sits on 3.8 acres, with 3 acres of the lot being wooded.

Our neighbors are very quiet, with very few full time residence. Our year-round neighbors are very friendly and quiet.

Our property is unique because of the location near several lakes, ATV trails, public land, rivers, parks, and the large garage to use during your downtime. Enjoy the garage space no matter the weather or bring all of you large toys to enjoy during your stay. We also have a large firepit and a screened in porch to enjoy during your stay. If you are bringing a trailer our driveway is large enough to back in and out and allow for the trailer to sit without interfering with parking.
