The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed patio, hear the gentle splash of the private saltwater pool, and feel the excitement of a backyard built for games and gatherings. A soft breeze carries the scent of tropical flowers as you settle into the outdoor lounge, while the glow of the firepit promises cozy evenings under a starlit sky. Every corner of this Largo retreat invites you to relax, play, and create lasting memories with family or friends.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five uniquely styled bedrooms for up to 16 guests. Downstairs, the king‑size rooms “Really pretty” and “Ride the wave” provide spacious comfort. The “Fun Room” features four full‑size beds with a playful slide and arcade vibe, perfect for kids and the young at heart. Upstairs, “Back 2 blue” holds two full beds, and “Good vibes” offers a queen bed, ensuring everyone has a private spot to unwind.



Outdoor living

A private saltwater pool, with an optional heating feature, invites a swim any time of day. Gather for movie nights in the outdoor movie theatre, practice your swing on the putting green, or challenge friends on the multi‑sports court that accommodates pickleball, basketball, and more. A bowling alley and firepit add extra layers of fun, while comfortable lounge seating creates a relaxed setting for conversation.



Kitchen & dining

The full chef’s kitchen is equipped for large‑group meals, with modern appliances and ample counter space. Indoor dining flows into an outdoor dining area, letting you enjoy meals al fresco in the warm Florida air or in the cool comfort of the air‑conditioned interior.



Location & neighborhood

Set in a peaceful, private neighborhood, the home is a short five‑minute drive to downtown Largo and just 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Sand Key Park. You can retreat to quiet surroundings while still being close to the best of the Gulf Coast.



Additional amenities

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and bathroom essentials keep everyone comfortable. Entertainment options include a pool table, TV, and a variety of outdoor games. Noise‑monitoring devices and security cameras provide peace of mind throughout your stay.



Pet‑friendly

Your furry companions are welcome to share in the vacation experience.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors.



It offers wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. The property is only 19 km from John's Pass, 19 km from Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk and 24 km from Chihuly Collection. Tropicana Field is 25 km from the accommodation, while St. Pete Pier is 25 km away. The nearest airport is St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, 7 km from the property.



Just a heads up: the property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times.



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



10 min - Beautiful beach access

8 min - Seminole City Center

20 min - Clearwater

30 min - Tampa



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera on the driveway and the side yard monitoring for access from the gate
