Great location for my needs on this trip. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great! Nice and hot and great water flow. Overall a great stay, I would definitely recommend!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, we truly appreciate it. We're glad you liked the place and would love to have you back again!
It was good. It was very cold since it was the basement apartment. The host requested the tenant to turn up the heat upstairs and it was slightly warmer. The iron/ironing board was missing. Overall, it was a good experience and stay. The host was very responsive to all communication.

Thank you so much for your review! Hope to have you back soon!
Our host was welcoming and helpful. They provided a wonderful online guide for both the apartment and the city. We were visiting our daughter for the holidays and this apartment was in a perfect location to spend time with her during the holidays. The apartment was also ideally located to enjoy the U District, Green Lake, and Ballard. Relatively easy access to downtown.
Cute basement apartment. Nice and clean, and super quiet. Convenient location for zipping around the city. Well stocked with everything we needed.Heads up, the oven runs HOT, but baked our frozen pizzas awesome once we turned it way down. Some good safe green spaces next to, but walled off from the freeway to walk our dog.
Unfortunately, the listing for this VRBO was not accurate. My daughter and I decided to stay at the VRBO because she had an appointment at Seattle Children’s - we booked it for 3 days. We arrived (after a long day of travel) and tried to settle in. The first thing I noticed was that there were no throw blankets to snuggle up on the couch with - minor inconvenience. We can deal. As I went to make my daughter some food I noticed that there was dog hair on the counter. Then I see a gross, old sponge by the sink with almost no dish soap in this teeny tiny bottle next to the sink. No extra soap or sponges under the sink. I go to get a fork and multiple were had food on them. I then went to pack up our stuff and we ended up booking a hotel instead. It was not comfortable there nor was it worth it to stay. I contacted Vincent once we got to the hotel. I requested my money back due to the inconvenience and incorrect listing description. That was denied. I will be contacting VRBO directly. I do not recommend.

This was very spacious for just me. You could probably fit 3 people comfortably in this spot. The neighborhood parking is on both sides of the narrow street, so I am thankful that there was also a parking spot by the garage.
This spot was perfect distance from the venues I attended over the weekend trip (10 - 18 minutes). There is a gas station a couple blocks of a walk over as well, and to get back on the highway was super close too.
I like that there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom along with laundry pods.
The backyard was super cute with all the string lights, but I wasn't able to use it due to the constant rain fall when I was visiting.
The door is a keypad, which is very convenient for getting in and out of the place as well.
Overall, I would book here again and would recommend it to others.
I book this property for visiting my sister in Seattle and it also was my 25th birthday trip that my mom and dad payed for it as a birthday present. I'm originally from North Carolina so in no way shape or form I'm used to the cold. I get to this person's place and right off the bat these pictures were taking when they made this place not recently. I was there in total for about 3 hours before I booked a hotel for the rest of my stay on my own credit card. I understand it's cold in Seattle but the place you sleep should accommodate since you are paying to be there. I nicely asked for some extra thick blankets. They didn't ask if it's cold down there or provide any extra blankets. I wasn't there long after because I was exhausted and extremely cold. Which now they are trying to spin as if I didn't give them "enough time to solve the issue" which doesn't make sense when they simply denied and told me "if there was anything else I needed just let them know". So far in the refund process Vrbo emailed me that the thermostat was at 70 and they were "in the process of turning it up". Don't risk staying here and actually go to Holiday Inn. There is one about 20 mins from this Vrbo and it has a jetted tub in your bathroom. There are probably a 100 properties you could find better then this one. The only "customer service" energy I got from them was defending their actions. Learn from me and don't believe they care about something as an important as warm.

Thank you for your feedback.
The listing photos accurately reflect the property, and we strive to present the space as it is. We were informed of your concerns shortly before the reservation was voluntarily shortened to approximately three hours, which limited the opportunity to further address the situation during the stay.
We remained responsive to messages and encouraged communication regarding anything needed. We always aim to provide support in real time so concerns can be properly resolved while guests are still at the property.
