The place was well clean and well appointed. Our host Mike was very responsive when we contacted him. A few potential areas for improvement are more wash cloths and paper products especially because of the price paid and the fact that we had a week stay. Also, while it is disclosed that the deck is shared with the unit next door, it is small for 4 people and a bit uncomfortable if you have the Dutch door open as the neighbors could see into our place. There is no a/c in the living area so having the door open is a necessity if the weather is hot. Also, contrary to the listing info, we did not know in advance that we had to share the deck with a unit from the downstairs level.
