AMAZING home and location!

This was a perfect home for our large group and family to stay for our annual scalloping trip. The space is perfect. The home is open so everyone could enjoy. The beds were comfortable. The dock and dock space was great to catch the sunset and pull our boat up. Would definitely like to come back!

Perfect Getaway!

This home was everything we would have expected plus more. It was the perfect location for a small birthday party. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor amenities, as well as the spacious indoors. The host was helpful and extremely nice to deal with. We will go back every year if they will have us!

Great family home

We rented this house for 6 days. It’s very big. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen has s huge and stocked with everything you need. The house, pool, dock were all very nice. Don is very nice and accommodating. This was a neighborhood full of friendly people. We would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect place for a scalloping vacation

This was a well appointed home (if you think you need it, it’s there) in an excellent location with beautiful sunsets and a dock the kids can fish from. The photos do not do this place justice! There are double fridges and freezers and a fridge on the patio. The pool has a shallow end on both sides. We brought a net and played volleyball. The spa never heated up. Don’t count on it. But the rest made up for it. It was too hot to get in the jacuzzi anyway. Don was always available. Great host! We are making arrangements to come again next year.

Great Week!

We loved this house and the location was great. The house was stocked so well, and the appliances were top of the line. Having two washer/dryer sets and two large refrigerators was definitely a perk for our two families. Mr. Don was great. We made wonderful memories!

Miller family vacation

Had a great stay! Don was available when needed. We had everything we needed at the house and the stores were close for the odds and ends we had to get. There was plenty of things to do in the area. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future trips!

We're from all of l the US and get together in Fl., getting away from our RVs for a weekend. The location and property were perfect. Pool, billiards, pontoon boat, plenty of room, well stocked. Don was a great host and we just enjoyed our time in Port Richy. Highly recommend!

A little disappointed

The house was very spacious and perfect for our group size. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I chose this house mainly for the pool and the kitchen with double ovens and 2 fridges. I had planned a baking night with my grand kids, however neither oven was operable. One of the fridges freezer section wasnt working and we lost two quarts of ice cream that was being served with birthday cake. Quite embarrassing for our BD party. We couldn't turn on the hot tub either. The boat was also broken so we couldn't use it. We did leave a voice mail and messaged Don through VRBO messaging. We might think about staying there in the future if everything was in working order.

Open and cheery home

Absolutely loved the dock and awesome sunrise and sunset views. If you get lucky you may spot a dolphin or two. House was so user friendly, bright and cheery. Kids loved the pool and grownups the pool table. Definitely stay here again.

The Smiths

This Property was so southern, warm and inviting, wonderful open floor plan, and that lanai with the pool, we had a blast in the pool and playing pool!!! We loved everything about it, a bathroom in every room, again, the pool was beautiful and clean, we just loved everything about it!... there was a couple of updates that are needed but the owner was happy to take our findings and work on them, i really hope we get to stay there again someday soon!!! The neighbors were super friendly, and the view of the canal was awesome as well! This is a wonderful place for a family to stay or even just a group for work that have to travel to that area, it is peaceful and just very home like!!! gosh I could go on and on but y'all go see for yourself! ;) The Smith

Perfect!

This beautiful home offers plenty of room to spread out and is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals together. Loved spending time on the front porch and dock watching the boats go by❀.

Quaint Older Home Great For Family & Friends

We were a group of cousins and some spouses and adult children in the area for a cousin's birthday celebration. The home spaces were great for our needs with plenty of areas to join together or just enjoy your own space. Pool, Jacuzzi, TV and pool table in the Florida room was a popular amenity. The home has some deferred maintenance as do many older homes, but nothing too unmanageable. Don was nearby and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Will book again

My highest recommendation is would I be willing to stay again and yes, not only myself but everyone in our party which was made up of picky, opinionated ladies. Don is a nice guy and we all enjoyed our weekend even with bad weather. The house has lots of space, the pool was really heated so we could enjoy it even in cooler temps. Weeki Watchi was fun, lots of good restaurants, plenty of interesting walking and river watching. Neighbors are all friendly. This house will go on my top choices list.

Amazing stay!!

We had such a a wonderful experience!! Conveniently located, SO spacious and CLEAN! We felt very welcomed - Don was. Great host, very responsive and helpful when we needed fishing advice! We rented the boat for a day and rode out to Durney Key where we anchored and explored! Would love to come here again if we're in the area! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

Very relaxing place

The family took a spring break down to Port Richey and we do not regret the decision. Don, the host, was great and showed up to walk us through everything when we arrived. We enjoyed the place very much as the kids swam everyday in the pool and we fished from the dock.

Spaciousness house with awesome pool

House was nicely stated and big enough for our 2 families with total of 9. we cooked most meals there so 3 fridges was nice. kids loved pool which was clean and heated option was great for our March trip and adults utilized hot tub every night. Didn't realize one of the sleeper couches that counted towards sleeps 12 was in main living room beside pool area so wasn't usable for us but we made it work.

Gorgeous home w all amenities. I am local and can be reached anytime if I am needed. So much to do and great home with space but yet keeps the family all together.

Floating dock for your boat with plenty of water and easy access to the gulf. Anclote Island, Durney Key and the Sandbar all within 5 miles. Rent my pontoon boat. 12 people max and fits comfortably.
