Come stay at this amazing tropically inspired condo. Newly remodeled 2 Bedroom/1Bath condo with a private patio located on a perfectly secluded 5 acre lot right in town! Walk to Bagnell Dam Strip, or just minutes away from all that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. Watch all the deer and wildlife that call this parcel home. Only 4 units in this building and all available for rental.

This is a quiet condo complex and we value a good nights sleep for our guests and neighbors. NO marijuana smoking in units, or outside. Owners live onsite and are available to answer questions and concerns so you can book with confidence that if you have any issues during your stay, it will be addressed immediately.

Located just 2 blocks from the historic Bagnell Dam Strip where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and other tourism attractions such as parasailing, Jet ski rentals, helicopter rides and arcades, and only 1/2 mile to 2 wineries.

Condo is decorated with tropical/nautical decor.

The condo consists of a queen bed in the master, and a queen in 2nd bedroom. Max occupancy of 2. Fully equipped kitchen, tvs in living room and bedrooms, central air conditioning and wifi and a stack washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes!

2 deck areas. The back deck gives you a great view of Jennings Branch Cove and the marinas and in the front is a patio table to sit and watch the deer.

Condo is only 2 steps from parking. There is plenty of parking for cars and trailers.

This property uniquely gives you a feeling of escape as well as being close to the excitement.

The hosts are great people. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The place had a wonderful balcony. The condo was very relaxing and we even saw deer in the evening. We will definitely stay here on future visits to the Lake.

Wonderful Place!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The location is so peaceful and private but you are only a few blocks from anything you would need. The house is very stylish, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the water below and deer wondering around the grounds. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.

Nice Cabin/Condo

The cabin/condo was extremely clean and well decorated. It is a very spacious, especially for a couple. The owners provided bottled water and fruit snacks along with a magazine will all of the local events and locations. I will stay there again. Would recommend to anyone.

This condo/apartment is so clean and well-appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds. Lovely, functional kitchen, and nicely sized bathroom. Incredible weekend at the Lake

Dave and Pam’s property was an exceptional experience and stay. Their place was clean, quiet and in the perfect location. We were a short walk from the dam and strip of restaurants with an amazing view of the lake. The condo was spotless and had everything you could need to prepare your own food and drinks if you want to save some money. We will certainly be back and staying with them in the future.
