We have a great townhouse, conveniently located to everything San Antonio has to offer. The townhouse has 1454 square feet of living area. Downstairs features, a living and dining, 1/2 bath, kitchen with great and updated appliances, and a two-car garage with plenty of living space. Upstairs features, 1 master bedroom with queen size bed and full master bath, walk in closet and lots of storage, a 2nd bedroom, with walk in closet and queen size bed, a full bath, and the 3rd bedroom that has 2 twin beds, and a very nice laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer!

About Suzanne Clark-Attar
We originally purchased this property 2 years ago as a corporate rental for my husband's visiting clients and as a comfortable place for my inlaws to stay when they come to visit. We decided to list it on VRBO, as it is under utilized for those purposes. After traveling with our teenager and toddler, we have seen the beauty of renting on VRBO, and think it is the only way to go, especially if you need the extra space for a toddler to run around. There is also a great playground almost right out the front door of the townhouse!

This property has such a great location and convenience to really everything San Antonio has to offer. Not to mention, you are maybe 45 minutes to the Hill Country (Fredricksburg, San Marcos, Wimberley), and maybe 2 hours from Corpus Christi and the beach!
What makes this House unique
We chose this property essentially because of it's great and convenient location. There is a donut shop not too far down the road from it and my in laws practically live there every morning! I can't say enough about the convenience... it really is a great location.

Property was very clean and centrally located to downtown area.
Owner was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our visit. The townhome was just as described and very clean. It was a relatively short ride to downtown where we spent most of our visit.
clean, roomy, and comfortable!
We had 8 family members spend two nights here. Two had to sleep on the couches in the living room, but they were quite comfortable. There were lots of extra towels, blankets, and linens. The high chair, pac-n-play, and box of toys were perfect for our little grandchild. We also appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, coffee, and cupboard full of spices. Suzanne, the owner, was very helpful and easy to contact for questions. I highly recommend their town home.
Enjoyed the property, nice playground, would have been more family friendly with a 2nd TV, for evenings at the condo.

We are located on the North side of San Antonio, close to 281/1604. We are minutes from the Airport, military bases, Six Flags and Sea World, great shopping, and activities for all ages. We are only a short drive from wine tasting, outlets, scenic areas, antiquing, and outdoor activities such as tubing, boating, and hiking. With our convenient to everything location, we are a great corporate rental!
