Vintage House offers two separate suites, V1 and V2, each with private exterior entrances, ideal for multi-generational families, business travelers, or groups seeking both connection and privacy.

V1 | Main Floor Two-Bedroom Queen Suite – A spacious, hotel-style suite with a private entrance and contactless entry. Designed for convenience, it includes two queen beds, a seating area, and an efficiency kitchen (no freezer or range) for light meal prep.

V2 | Walk-Up One-Bedroom King Suite – Located on the upper floor, this suite features a private entrance, a small balcony with patio furniture, and a full kitchen with a range and freezer. The unit is fully equipped with cooking and dining essentials, providing a more independent stay.

Note: V1 and V2 have separate, non-connecting entrances.

For added security, the exterior grounds are monitored by a camera system, and RH features one interior camera in the locked wine cellar, solely facing the wine bottles. Access to this cellar is restricted to ensure privacy.

Vintage Estate offers two distinct residences: Rouse House (RH), a three-story home with sleeping quarters on the second floor, kitchen and entertainment spaces on the main floor, and a lounge with a wine-tasting area below. Vintage House (VH) is a two-story residence with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an efficiency kitchen on the first floor, and a master suite, one bathroom, and a full kitchen on the upper level.

While located on the same estate, RH and VH are completely separate structures, both included in this listing. Guests have access to two covered parking spaces via Church Avenue and two additional spaces in the private lot located off Babcock Street.

For convenience and security, coded locks provide keyless access to both homes. The estate is monitored by an external security camera system, and one interior camera is located inside the locked wine cellar, facing the wine bottles—an area inaccessible to guests.
