This is the best VRBO that we have visited. Wonderful place: immaculate, well stocked kitchen & bath, and beautifully decorated. We loved everything about Granny Squirrel and plan visit again soon.

This was by far our favorite vacation. The yurt was beautiful and the scenery was spectacular. We had everything we needed for a relaxing honeymoon. One mention for future guests planning their trips, this is NOT a party place. If you’re looking to have a lot of drinks and sleep in, you won’t. The skylight will have you up at the crack of dawn, and if that doesn’t work the cows will. This is for people who are looking to go on hiking adventures, enjoy the sunrise in the hot tub with some coffee, and cuddle up on rainy days.

A Hidden Gem

The entire experience was pure gold from the minute we turned into the property. My teenage grandsons had read that yurts were made from animal skins and looked like silos, so this rental blew their socks off. From the lighting in the yurt to so many special touches it makes this the perfect weekend (or longer) getaway, Terye certainly hasn't skimped on making it upscale. Blankets to huddle in were soft and thick and you wouldn't believe the toilet - pricey (we looked it up on Amazon). Numerous small touches to entertain and delight.It offered relaxation and seclusion. WELL WORTH the price. I've already booked the Hobbit House for later in the fall!! Can't wait to get back to First Kiss Lane!
