We live in Culver City, not Clover City. We have stayed at this house 4 or 5 times now. Over the years, the upgrades have been very good but thoroughly needed, and sometimes too slow. Management did a very quick job getting the maintenance guys there to check the slow water at the kitchen sink. Unfortunately, they said it needed a part but was never fixed. Maybe due to the water shortage, they installed a restrictor but didn't say so? Not a big deal, though. The 2 maintenance guys did take the BBQ grill from the garage and set it up on the deck. That was nice of them. Coffee is a big thing with us and the Mr. Coffee is a joke. It takes 15-20 minutes to brew a pot. Crazy. Please buy something else. In general...a great getaway place.

Beautiful home, perfect to meet our needs. Exceptional location. However its the little things that you remember. The hot water heater did not work until a plumber came the next day to relight the pilot. The hot water handle for the Jacuzzi tub was broken and the garage door openers were missing. My biggest disappointment was that the stairs to beach were gone and we couldn't go down to the beach which was something we were looking forward to.

Wonderful location, great house, amazing views! We had a hiccup with the hot tub, but it was fixed immediately. Recent storms had washed out the stairs to the beach, but we enjoyed the upper and lower decks. Overall, and excellent stay - highly recommend it.
