• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day will not be accepted.

This house was lovely, and the location was absolutely fabulous. The weather was beautiful, and from our beachside patio we saw otters, pelicans and even an egret, not to mention surfers and kite surfers.

Our stay at Cayucos was first rate. From the inside to the incredible outside location, this was truly a relaxing, fun, vacation with family. With a well stocked kitchen, large dining table to eat and play games, stable internet service (which can be challenging), plenty of reserved parking, inviting seating and books to read, all made this a perfect setting for our yearly family vacation.

Wonderful home in the perfect location. We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. Stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my husband and sons birthdays. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had all the amenities of home. We barely left the property because it was so luxurious. Wonderful home, excellent layout. The pictures do not do this home or view justice. Literally walk out the front door and down the steps to the beach. High tide was the time for meals and playing games to the sound of the ocean. Home has abundant supply of games and puzzles for everyone. Had a great time making memories with our oldest son, daughter in law, and four of our grandchildren. I highly recommend this property.

Impressive walking in the front door wih full view of ocean. Very comfortable. Large comfy couch and great swivel chairs. Large dining table and stool seating at large counter. Everything you could need in kitchen. Comfy beds even the twin in den bdrm. We were told there was no cd player but there was one. Stairway to beach right next to home. Easy stairs even for someone with knee issue. .

this house is a step from the stairs to a wonderful beach. dog walkers, surfers, sea life (saw otters this trip) prior trip saw whales and pelicans. don't forget to bring your binoculars! wonderful well appointed kitchen and comfortable sitting. very clean. only negative would be some mattresses could be replaced starting to dip a bit. shower, heater, and water pressure better then my home! many good restaurants within a very short drive and the community very welcoming to all. shhhh don't tell anyone! such a nice run away.

Beach Front Excellence

This was a great house to rent for the week. The easy access directly to the sand and surf is not to be missed. Renting boogie boards and wetsuits was easy at the nearby Good Clean Fun surf shop. After playing in the waves, it is so wonderful to have the hose and outdoor shower to rinse everything off and the garage has a convenient clothes line to dry things on overnight. The open kitchen and living room has a commanding view of the ocean. Unlike the last house we rented in Cayucos, this house has a welcoming warm working fireplace. We have rented a few beachfront homes and this is the first one that didn’t have a tired interior. It is clean new and modern. The woodwork is excellent and not overdone. The granite countertops are a step above other places. Our family of 5 fit comfortably in the house. We will definitely be looking to rent this house first the next time we come to the Central Coast!

Great stay and wonderful place to celebrate my mom's 92nd birthday!

My family and I had a great time at this property and it was absolutely perfect in so many ways. View, location, and cleanliness were fantastic! The only downside was the fact that the house is right next to a public access pathway to the beach. There was quite a bit of activity in the morning and afternoon which included many people coming and going as well as sitting on the public bench a few feet from the house. Not a huge deal but my family and I felt like we were on display at times when sitting outside on the back deck and ideally would have liked a little more privacy. Along the same lines, the master bedroom in the back of the house is very spacious but it's on the side of the house that is right next to the public access pathway to the beach so we were woken up in the early morning by people going surfing and people walking their dogs. Again not a huge deal but staying somewhere that had a master bedroom (and view) in the front of the house (not next to a public access pathway to the beach) would have been more ideal for us.
