Hosts thought of everything the renter might need. Dish detergent, laundry soap, shower soap and shampoo plus paper products like napkins, paper towels, and toilet tissue were all furnished. Even took into consideration their guests might have sensitive skin. It was a lovely place to stay.

Dragan is an amazing host! The location was central to Mayo Clinic which was my reason of visit. The unit was accessible, clean, and well stocked on necessities. Definitely recommend staying here to anyone !

Cozy, quiet and great location.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you need to have easy access to Mayo Clinic. The arrangement is very cozy but perfect for two. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and cookware you need. They even provided an assortment of coffee and tea.

Small apartment

This small apartment was perfect for me. It was close to all the soccer fields and easy access to all the highways. Owner was wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely rent from him again.

Nice, but not configured well for 2

The kitchen/living area was very nice and comfy, just as the pics show. Great neighborhood, loved the parking spot. The bedroom and bathroom were a challenge to negotiate for 2 people, as those spaces are very tiny and oddly configured. Good value.
