The communication and check-in process was perfect! I believe the pictures were pre hurricane and need to be updated for a more realistic view. The carpet needs updating, but overall it worked for us. Thank you again for allowing us to stay!

April Vacation

Excellent location within walking distance of everything. Pool is heated with plenty of chairs and sunlight. Parking is easy. Kitchen and baths are clean and updated. King bed is very comfortable.Some vertical blinds are broken and need to be replaced. Mattresses in second bedroom needs to be replaced. Carpeting in bedrooms is old and very worn.

There are better places

Rental company was noncompliant with us. There was no iron so they told us to purchase one, which we did but they never reimbursed us. Condo itself may be fine for short term. We were there for 5 weeks. Kitchen lighting terrible for cooking at night. Heavy dust on kitchen fan. Guest beds were terrible! You couldn’t look out window because was filthy. They did replace shades that was in bad shape and tried to fix pocket door but it really needed to be replaced .It is a good location if you can look past the condo. Be careful with raising trunk of car because of low ceilings.

Terry was very responsive to our needs. The condo is across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Older property

The property needs updating. The kitchen is great. The guest bedroom bed is terrible it sags when you sit on it. The recliner is hard to get it back. When I booked the unit I did not know I would have to carry my suitcase up 2 flights of steps. I didn’t know how out of shape I was. The beach chairs was nice

It’s all about the location

The location was EVERYTHING! The only down fall was lugging suitcases and groceries up 3 flights of stairs. Once we “made the space ours” it was very comfortable for 2 weeks! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

Terry was very attentive regarding everything AMI. Condo was just as described and pictured. We would definitely stay again, but would prefer to be on first level, rather than second. Wonderful vacation!

Close to great bars and restaurants oh and the I cream place…lol. Could use exterior and exterior upgrades, but all in all good time!

Run down, needs remodel, clicked sinks, broken shades, not like pictures and what we were expecting.

Dark, very mismatch eating utensils, drinking utensils dog barking next door. Willing to submit pictures. Had to change batteries, burnt out light bulbs. Pictures on website very deceiving Disappointment

Close to everything!

We loved our stay here! We will definitely be back. Close to everything and we’ll appointed with most everything you need. Only suggestion would be coffee filters, but that’s a rather small request. Everything was clean and was perfect for our family of four with two toddlers. Can’t wait to return!

Great location property was not maintained

Love this part of the Island. The pool was great, clean and heated nicely. Terry did a great job dealing with a few issues. Replace immediately a moldy dishwasher and cutting boards. Also when the keyless entry lock malfunctioned he answered and fix right away. Where this property fell short for me was the overall maintenance. Front door was very dirty. Entering to the kitchen there must of been a window leak since the dry wall metal corner brackets were as sticking out of the wall at the bottom of the window. The window still was broken off of the one side. Patches in the walls were not painted. Rug in the living area was worn down to the padding in certain areas. The bedroom dresser had a broken drawer front. On the positive side bathrooms were in good shape and so was the kitchen. The owners have a lot of stuff in the second bedroom closet so hard to use for clothes. Did have a lot of toys for kids. Also had beach chairs provided were great. Carpet in both bedrooms is very much showing it’s age. Overall the reason why I did not give this property a high rating was because for the price point for this rental I expect a better maintained property.

Great location

The location of this condo is perfect. It’s nicely stocked and the furniture is nice and comfortable. It could easily be a 5 star with just a few improvements - new carpet in the bedrooms and a coat of paint would go a long way.

Did not realize that there was not an elevator, so we climbed three flights of stairs. I should have researched more. Communication was confusing. I was getting text and emails of the same ilk but not at the same time frame. This caused some confusion because I thought some information had changed when it had not. The location was good. The unit was comfortable but the pictures were much nicer. Could not use the balconey due to a wasp nest above the sliding doors.
