Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen ready for your favorite meals, whether you're dining in or prepping snacks for the beach. We’ve thought of everything, so you don’t have to. Our stay at the Tipsy Turtle will be one we always remember! The condo was clean and welcoming. It had all the comforts of home, but on vacation! The convenience of the beach was the best part. It's a family friendly destination and we can't wait to go back!

Greg, the owner, answered all my messages before, during and after! Also, the thermostat was smarter than me! He was very patient walking me thru through it (more than once). I was there for the month and felt like I was at home!

This condo unit was the perfect place for our one month stay. The unit itself was impeccably decorated, very clean, and very well equipped. There were appliances and items stocked in the kitchen that I would never have expected to see in a rental. From air fryers to plush beach towels to all the beach equipment you could possibly need - exceptional. The beds were comfortable and the host certainly made sure bedding was very good quality.The common areas of Runaway Bay are also very nice. The pool is very large and saltwater, which is a nice bonus.The location is also perfect - close to the beach and to all that AMI has to offer. Gregory, the host, was extremely responsive and kept us up to date on anything happening in the complex that we needed to know.This was such a wonderful experience that we will definitely look to book in the future.
