Located in an unrivaled area northwest of the city, its marriage of privacy and convenience is a happy one. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of your fenced-in back yard where you can relax on comfortable patio seating with an indulgent glass of wine while your furry companions are free to stretch their paws in the grass. As the evening sets in, take a soak in the bubbling private hot tub or gather around the firepit to toast up a round of tasty treats under the vast canopy of stars.



When you’re ready to see more of what Bend has to offer, you’ll be within just 10 minutes of downtown and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. The Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a short 15-minute drive away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination for snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno-Park is 30 minutes from the home, offering miles of ski, snowshoe, and walking trails. This area doesn’t just come alive in the winter months, however. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 20 minutes away offering challenging fairways for all skill levels surrounded by vibrant scenery.



The bright and inviting interior showcases soaring vaulted ceilings where natural light beams in from the skylights to illuminate the open floorplan, the perfect spot to spend your downtime in the company of loved ones. The main living area boasts mid-century modern furnishings along with a smart TV for streaming all your favorite entertainment. The wood stove will keep you warm and toasty in the cooler months, creating an ideal ambiance for an immersive movie night. Prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen offering modern, stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Dine together at the attached breakfast bar or the adjacent table, also serving as a cozy venue for rainy day board games.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size futon in the sitting room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, dedicated desk workspace, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.

• Parking available for 4 vehicles – 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Additional street parking is available as needed on a first come, first served basis. Guests are asked to please not block the neighbor’s driveway.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 60 lbs. or less allowed. A pet fee of $35 per pet, per night will be required in addition to your final booking costs. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and cannot be left alone in the home. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.



Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
