We had an amazing stay at Pooya’s property. The apartment is spotless, very well maintained, and fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances a family might need. We stayed for more than 40 days and everything was perfect throughout our time there.The location is outstanding — it’s literally a 1-minute walk to the beach, very close to the iconic Santa Monica Pier, and just a short distance to the shops and restaurants on both the Promenade and Montana. The area feels safe, convenient, and ideal for daily walks.Pooya and his team were always present, responsive, and extremely attentive to every detail. Their care and hospitality made our stay even better.We will definitely be back. 5/5 — highly recommended!

We loved this apartment! Fantastic location in my favorite part of Santa Monica!!! 10 minute walk to third street promenade; 8 minute walk to the core shops of Montana; 5 minute walk to the pedestrian path (lots of stairs) leading to the beach from Montana. Super quiet part of town and great place for dog walking. We loved that the apartment had two levels so someone could be awake downstairs and not disturb people sleeping. Really glad to have AC units as summer was really hot! Great to have garage parking in that part of Santa Monica -- super convenient! The things I would just call out for anyone to note: Santa Monica apartment buildings all have a bit of a weathered-by-salt-air vibe to them, which doesn't surprise us since I lived in Santa Monica years ago. The AC will be window units, not central, which does mean noise (which honestly I like because it's white noise). The mattresses themselves were SUPER comfortable, but the bedding was flimsy and felt kind of cheap (polyester sheets that never stayed on the bed corners when sleeping; no mattress pads on mattresses, flimsy pillows with loose filling, no comforter on the primary bedroom bed; just a thin polyester type blanket that looked and felt worn out), so I personally would bring my own bedding next time. :). We had a few small issues that got resolved within a day or two. Nothing is ever perfect though, and honestly we would be very happy to stay here again!!
